I came to Woobie with a rating of 30% and a denied OSD claim. A coworker told me about them and his experiences so I figured I would try them out. I knew I made the right choice after the first meeting. Once I got my welcome package I started to gather my records and information on. Personal statements and buddy statements were key in my opinion. After meeting with Doc, I received the NEXUS. Letter and filed 02 MAY 26 and by 01 July I was at 90 % with the OSD under review (supplemental). I just spoke to my Brother who served during the Gulf War when he was in the Marines. Hoping to get him similar results. Back pay more than covered the initial fee.
Positivity, honesty, and persistence
This process is long and tiresome. I tried to do this alone for 3 years before admitting I needed help, I know that old military stubbornness.
By happenstance I found Woobie, back then it was mil2millions, and everything changed. They cleaned up the process for me, guided me, and probably most importantly always brought a positive spin when I was growing more and more frustrated. I especially liked that they never tried to fabricate conditions and always worked with what was actually wrong. There is nothing worse than knowing you spend everyday in pain from your service and getting rejected repeatedly.
Woobie helped so much and I will forever be unable to pay them back for how grateful I am for everything. If you’re getting frustrated with the process and want to get what you deserve, this is the company you should consult.

I remember when these guys were simply M2M, close, sincere, eager to do the work to produce the results. Somewhere in the trasition to Wobbie, things went sideways.
Things got far less personal and intimate. Dev, Dominique, Doc J and a plethora of other amazing people I met a long the way are all no longer a part of the organization. At some point I was speaking with people in which either of us could understand the other thoroughly.
There was always misinformation or a major lack of urgency in the sense of lack of communication. I would constantly have to reach out, wondering why I had not heard back. Last thing I was told was that I would deceive rebuttal letters to submit, and that was months ago.
What I know is this was once a great experience to learn, meet great people and sucure a brighter future along the way. The moderators on the app are highly sensitive about what they allow to be posted so you naturally won't stumble across any negative experiences.
To the powers that be for this company, I would say to you that it is important to hire like minded people with proven backgrounds. Ones that can be understood thoroughly and language barriers don't become a concern. I would ask that you follow through on promises made and not lose paying members in the shuffle to keep numbers flowing in. Quantity is important however quality has more impact through true testimonials. Instead of banning, reach out to veterans and come to reach resolutions through positive interactions and compassion.

Woobie really helped the process
Woobie really helped the process of getting my rating from 70% up to 100%. There's thing you don't know that they have individuals, classes, and tutorials set up to teach and help guide you through the process. They evaluate your current conditions, have you fill out some questionnaires, and help you decide what you can claim and how to go about doing it to maximize your efforts. You need to be patient but the experience was definitely worth it. Definitely would recommend using them to assist you through your VA claim journey.
