Another online scam company. Everything drops from overseas, it never gets to you, or they try to charge you duty fees in addition to the fees you’ve already paid to buy the shoes. They are not a bargain, they steal, do not buy!

Terrible customer service. They don't respond to email. The live chat doesn't work and the phone number on the website is an individual. Placed the order almost 2 weeks ago and has yet to be shipped.
Follow up - I have since received the product I ordered and it is of excellent quality. The company did also respond after the first review I left and I received my order immediately.

I have paid for the order, but even order number was not assigned. Now, 3 weeks later I didn’t get neither order number, tracking number nor item itself. Instead, only this feedback email, asking to leave review..

Wonderful slippers! I needed to reach out to customer service (a system error where I didn't receive an order confirmation) and their responses were prompt, friendly & helpful. Excited to give this as a Christmas gift.

I was looking for a yoga mat made of a natural material that also felt warm for my son. He loves purple so I knew I wanted to get this mat for him. He loves it. Happy we has a mat with safe materials.

Bought these for my mother-in-law whose feet are always cold.

The seat cushions are lovely. They look very nice on our chairs.

The cat cave was perfect for our nervous cat. He felt very secure inside. The delivery was remarkably quick in light of the source. I believe delivery was eight days after the order.

I ordered the Felt Green Dinosaurs. I have ordered them in the past and loved them. They previously were, and in the listing I recently placed, completely green. The Dinosaurs I received have random yellow/orange all over them. I'm highly disappointed as this is not what I ordered, no one consulted me, and I'm going to have to try to remove it all.

The slippers are okay, they are comfortable although they are a little hard to 'slip on' (They are called 'slip ons'.
The cons: The website was not clear what currency the price was in so I ended up paying more than I thought. Then there was an additional charge for duties and import tax. Product ended up costing almost double what I had anticipated based on the website and although the product is okay it is not as good as a similar priced product from Canada.

The slippers I bought are made well and warm. I'm a somewhere between a US size 8.5-9.5 depending on brand, I ordered a 9 and they are a little big. Better that than too small but I wish they had sizing recommendations. I like that they have a leather bottom so it does not feel like I'm wearing shoes around the house, and they are not loud when I walk. I was worried after I ordered them as they took awhile to ship, but I did get them and they are nice. They ship from Nepal. The slippers are priced very affordably, and I am happy with them.

(also if you read the original review I left, the company said they where having technical issues with emailing the confirmations, and that I should have got one.)

I ordered some slippers 12 days ago, I have received no confirmation email of my order, no tracking number. I see reviews saying the same thing but their product did arrive eventually so I'm not too worried, but at this point I would be expecting it to be here.

I hadn't heard about my recent order, so I called. I got a real person who checked, got back to me within less than an hour and received my purchase in just a few days. Love this place.

Perfect delivery! The slippers are genius, warm and beautiful quality! I love them :)

The product is first rate, comfortable and warm. The communication throughout the ordering process needs to be improved. I requested an update and never received a reply. I never received an email telling me my slippers were shipped and no information on how to track my order.

Well made product. Good customer service when needed.
