Great customer service and fab products

Bought 2 extra large for my GSDs who normally have a kong.
Came with the tray balls free which they were not keen on they seemed too small and they struggled to get at them.
I bought the trays which are good and filled with yoghurt and doggy peanut butter but they soon got fed up as once licked the top they couldn’t get at the rest till it defrosted then it went everywhere.
Personally for them the Kong works better.

I bought a pupsicle for my Labrador, I was pleased with my purchase however after a short time of use it became impossible to screw open or shut. I contacted customer service who suggested to try some oil . I tried but still it was difficult to get open or shut. Wooof offered to send me a replacement to which I accepted. I asked what I could do to prevent this happening again they said to not screw it together after use which I have never done but also added they couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t have the same problem again. I have now been waiting over a month for a replacement SETH has advised me twice that it would be sent out but still nothing. Maybe I’ve been unlucky to of had such rubbish customer service and faulty products but it questionable.

I ordered a popsicle for my dog, Hen, who we adopted at 11. She is so nervous and really struggles to settle. I am blown away by how much she loves it and how it really soothes her (she used to lick the furniture). Its really robust and well made so it should last well. Its also Very easy to clean.We got the silicone mounds to make our own pops and this has also been great: she doesn't eat much, so we can top up her food intake in a controlled way. I can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent delivery time. I had ordered a replacement yeti plus a spare for my JRT and one for my daughter’s Frenchie, a new harness for my JRT but sadly it did not fit - it did the Frenchie so she scored - excellent service and I will be ordering from them again. Loving the silicon poo bag holders 💞

I've been waiting and chasing customer service for weeks now regarding a faulty lead. It really shame because lead was great until the lath jammed open rendering it useless when not had it very long. It be great if someone could get back to me.

Quick delivery, especially after the second attempt. The dog harness delivered was really value. Would order from wooof again.

I only knocked one star off for the first failed delivery (the package only had the post code) and when I attempted to contact them I had to submit a generic customer form.. and have had no reply, but I did receive the parcel the day after I submitted the form.

Products were great but not suitable upon arrival. I emailed Wooof and had a prompt response confirming my return and advising that I would be refunded within 48 hours of them receiving my return. It's been a couple of weeks since I posted the return and I haven't received a refund - my emails are not being responded to.

I am experiencing difficulties with a recent return to Woof.co.uk. Despite adhering to the specified refund procedure and making multiple attempts to contact your customer service team via email and Facebook, I have not yet received a response. Given that the 14-day return window is nearing its close, I am concerned about the unresolved status of this matter. I am quite dissatisfied with the current level of customer support.

The pupsicle holder is a solid premium product with a corresponding price tag. However, my dog and I absolutely love it and it is becoming, even after 3 days, a product which is essential to our routine. She gets so excited when I pick up the holder and take it to the freezer to put one of the popsicles I have made. So far I have made pupsicles out of a mashed banana shared between the tray, with a blob of Greek yoghurt and peanut butter. My other attempt was grated carrot and bone broth. My Cockapoo loves both of them and each keep her occupied for about 20 minutes. I have also tried her with one of the readymade balls (which I froze), this took her 55 minutes to finish!
The delivery was also extremely quick.

I was very happy with my purchase and order was delivered very quickly. The packaging was so nice and the harnesses were of great quality.

My JTRx loves his pupisle. I bought a large one as he is a strong chewer and quite obsessive once he starts. I've been making my own fillings, so far he's had lactose free yoghurt, blueberries and goats milk, also some peanut butter and goats milk. I'll check out your recipes as well.
