Wooter is the best! Every detail is well thought out. Communication was easy and returned promptly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They sent us a shirt for my son's team that was unusable as it was pixelated and all blurry. We tried contacting our sales rep to fix the issue and after he didn't respond, we found out that he was no longer with the company. We were then assigned a new sales rep who we tried to work with to order new shirts and then he ghosted me. Customer service would not help at all. This company does not stand behind it's product.

Very disappointing experience with Wooter Apparel. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and getting clear answers or having concerns addressed was frustrating. The final product did not match what was expected. The colors were significantly off, the material was far too thick and heavy for sports apparel, and the design came out blurry instead of sharp and professional. After all these issues, I was only offered a $25 credit towards a future order. Unfortunately that does not resolve the problem with the order I already received. I have no intentions of placing another order with Wooter apparel. For the amount I spent I expected much better, quality, accurate colors, appropriate sports material and better customer service based on my experience I would not recommend Wooter Apparel and will not be using them again.

I’m very happy with the football uniforms we received from Wooter Apparel! The fabric is thick and durable while still being breathable and comfortable for the players. The designs came out exactly as we expected, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

The uniforms also arrived on time, which was a huge plus, and the fit was great for our players. Overall, we had a great experience with Wooter Apparel and would definitely recommend them to other teams looking for quality football uniforms!

Buyer beware! We spent a small fortune on custom shirts for a charity event. And even paid hundred in rush shipping to ensure the order would arrive on time, only for the order to come after the event. At every step of ordering we confirmed and reconfirmed with the sales team that the order would arrive in time for our event and made it very clear that we did not want to place the order if there was any chance of it not arriving on time (we had other vendor options to explore and timeframe was one of the most important factors in deciding where to place the order). Once the order shipped, they were never able to supply us with a working tracking number. And once the shirts arrived late, they said they could only offer a $50 credit. We tried to come up with some sort of resolution (even suggesting in good faith that maybe they could place a donation to the charity we were raising money for in lieu of a refund), but they refused to do anything more than a credit. They claimed that the delivery was within the allotted window. When I asked if they could show me anytime that I agreed to this delivery time frame (as I had multiple texts from their sales team telling us it would arrive in time), they stopped communicating with me.
I'm sure the shirts are nice - I wouldn't know as I never opened the box as I am still trying to get the charge refunded on my card. But certainly not a company to trust and not worth the headache of dealing with them.

Wooter Apparel makes good‑quality gear, and I wish my experience matched the product. Unfortunately, my team’s hat order has been delayed for more than a month, and the company has missed three different deadlines they set themselves. I also received jerseys without ever being asked for final approval, and when the design wasn’t what I expected, I was told it was my issue to deal with. After multiple attempts to resolve things, I’ve had to involve my bank to request a refund. I hope Wooter improves their communication and follow‑through, because the quality is there — the reliability is not.

After several great years of ordering jerseys with this company, this year has been a complete 180. The customer service has been non-existent; my questions went unanswered for weeks. We ordered custom pants this year and paid for a sizer, yet four adult sizes arrived incorrect. While we managed to swap pants among teammates to make it work, the company is now demanding we pay for two additional pairs, claiming nothing is wrong. We’ve been going in circles for weeks, and we are now just four weeks out from our first tournament. Despite spending well over $3,000, I will not be returning or recommending them to others.

Be careful what you wish for. Going to your local apparel shop is a much better option then going online. Your customer service will be 1000% better experience.

Very good communication

The whole process from the very beginning has been easy and well explained. The price is good and once I receive my package, I'll be able to comment on the overall quality. However, judging by the sample I was sent, I know I'm going to be happy. Thank you, Jordan.

I would stay away from using this company. An order for basketball uniforms was placed 7 weeks ago and we still have yet to receive all the items. The items that were delivered had some incorrect names that were an error on this company side and instead of trying to get the corrected pieces to the customer immediately and overnight as they were completed they said it would be several more weeks so now it will be almost 9-10 weeks-thats more than 2 months since it was originally ordered. No return calls, no offer to refund some money. Mind you the package deal we purchased was $200/player and we wont receive it until our season is now 3/4 complete. I have left messages trying to have some return calls to me in regards to why wasnt their mistake sent immediately or refund question and have yet to hear from anyone. Poor customer service, poor printing and shipping. Never again.
