They used be cool, affordable, with multiple options. Then, they lied to me about having to switch plans to a more expensive, less featured product. They then roped me into a year long contract(wasn’t presented that way) for a terrible terrible AI answering service. They dont even give you all the options. Awful. Every little thing that used to be included is now an “add-on” that you have to talk to the sales reps for. Ridiculous. Currently paying for an AI system that has actively lost us business. Their Call flows literally just s*** the bed randomly once a month with no explanation either. Cooked product.
Paid 2 payments and still not able to use it! BEWARE!
5/7/26 Well they tried to onboard last night. When doing so they emailed every client we have ever had in the history of the company requesting a review for every job ever performed...some customers got 100's of emails....our customers were not real happy. The download has jobs but there is no prices so we can not see what customers paid for any previous history on their account. None. I have called them, I have emailed, and I have chatted. Now they are telling us it is because we had it formatted wrong. Then they should have told us. I am ready to get fight this in a legal battle because I am so over it.
5/6/26 We paid to join on April 1st. Then we paid again May 1st. Promised the world by the sales person. Wasted all that money!!!! Two payments have been made and still can't use it!! We still do not have onboarding done after two payments and they do not communicate with you about it. Literally NO ANSWERS. At first I was totally ignored. Then they pacified me by wasting my time on zoom calls only to tell me they will pass my complaint to the onboarding team. Now I am told they are working on it but no communication about it. I paid for marketing twice now for a total of $400 and can't use it so I wasted that money too. We have our clients in because we put them in ourselves, so we are trying to use it but we can't text our customers our ETA so that is making double work for us having to call them. We were told we would have so much texting and certain texts would not be counted against that number but we used up our texts supposedly...I asked about that too but have no answer why. I am going to have to duplicate all the work I've done during the last month and who knows how much longer because I have no answers. Now I am stuck in this contract but I will be leaving soon and they can fight me over it if it doesn't get better. If I had to choose again I would not choose this company. Beware. If they could get their act together, the software is nice and pretty easy to use. No complaints there but I have WASTED MY MONEY TWICE NOW...TWO PAYMENTS to have nothing yet. Sad.

Three Months of Delays Trying to Port Out My Business Phone Numbers
I am a small business owner using Workiz for field service management and phone services. Unfortunately, my experience trying to port out my business phone numbers has been extremely frustrating and unresolved for over three months.
I made multiple requests via chat and email to port out four business-critical phone numbers. Each time, I was told the request was “escalated” and that an account manager would contact me. After weeks of follow-ups, I was eventually informed that I never had an assigned account manager, despite being told otherwise multiple times.
Throughout this process:
I was never given a clear timeline
I was not provided with port-out PINs or carrier details
I received repeated vague responses such as “still in progress”
No one with authority contacted me directly, despite my requests
These phone numbers are essential to my business. The ongoing delay has disrupted customer communication and put my business at risk.
What Went Wrong / How Can This Company Improve
Workiz needs:
A clear, documented port-out process
Accountability when requests are escalated
Direct communication from qualified staff
Transparency and timelines for number portability
Holding customer phone numbers without resolution is unacceptable, especially for service businesses that rely on inbound calls.
What’s Important for People to Know
If you use Workiz’s phone system, be aware that leaving and taking your phone numbers with you may be extremely difficult. I strongly recommend clarifying port-out procedures in writing before relying on their phone services.

18 months with Workiz and I gotta say
18 months with Workiz and I gotta say, their support team is what makes this whole thing work. We're about 10 people, nothing huge, but they've never made us feel like we don't matter.
Had messy situation with service agreement billing not syncing right with our accounting. I needed it fixed NOW and called support. They spent 45 minutes really understanding our workflow, tried different solutions, stayed on while we tested it live. Then followed up two weeks later on its own to check if it was holding up.
Every interaction is fast, helpful, actually solving the problem instead of just closing a ticket.
Workiz software's good, yeah, but it's that support that makes me recommend them to everyone. They've got your back, and that matters more than any feature list.

Extremely disappointing experience! Scammers!!
Extremely disappointing experience. I paid for the phone plan, only to have my account blocked right after. When I reached out to customer service, instead of resolving the issue, I was simply told to ‘wait until tomorrow.’ Meanwhile, I have customers waiting on hold that I cannot contact, which directly affects my business. Very dishonest and unreliable service

Workiz is a scam
I have a paid plan on workiz and they just logged me out of my account, i contacted the support and they mentioned first it's a TIER2 issue that they can't handle only supervisors can and currently there are none present, then after going full Karen mode they said check now it's fixed, which wasn't true and they keep telling me they are avaiable from 5 am - 6 pm and it was 4.30 pm so they wasted time until 6 pm then you get to wait to tomorrow.
My buisness is reliant on their platform, my clients were on hold, my invoices too, my contractors, my contact list. i asked for a refund they acted like i never said that and overall this is scamy at least that was my experience. will take my buisness elsewhere but i need a refund and they are not refunding or considering it.
