Ordered and paid for trousers and hi vis polos, all in stock on the website.
3 days later they tell me trousers are out of stock and do I want a refund for them and still take the polos or cancel whole order?
I reply the same day saying yes I still want the polos but refund the trousers. Silence for days. Email again asking what’s going on and finally get a reply stating the refund has been processed and the polos will be dispatched first thing Monday morning. This is now Thursday and I’ve just had an email saying they are preparing to dispatch them. 12 days from date of order and nothing received but a promise they are dispatching them.
Absolutely useless. Will never order from them again.

Although the delivery was delayed I received a call to explain and given an apology, the fact that I received a personal call is excellent customer service

I have ordered off this website now twice and both times said in stock but then a day later received an email to say that the item has to come from an eu store and will be a week before update. 1st time was a pair of boots understandably may not be in stock but this time round was a pair of work trousers surely they should be on the shelf in the uk. I will definitely not be ordering off this website again due to them keeping nothing in stock in the UK

Ordering was ok, bit slow but due to product not being in stock, refund was very fast in what I sent back, all in all, happy.

I ordered a Carhartt Jacket from Workweargurus and it took about 8 working days to arrive , however when I ordered they said it would be 3-5 days .
I suspect they do not hold this item in stock and had to source it from an EU warehouse.
(So Beware !).
I must admit Chris and Andrei kept me up to date with this , and I was pleased with the purchase when it arrived, it was good quality and a great price!
It wouldn’t put me off ordering from this company again. I understand you cannot keep thousands of lines permanently in stock, but surely there’s a way of telling whether there’s an Item in or out of stock when ordering.

The whole experience with this company was trouble free and felt very comfortable. The product I bought was excellent quality but I had to return as I didn`t order the right size but again very uncomplicated. If you read reviews I really hope this helps!
