We ordered tiles for our house renovation and needed to get 60*60 tiles. We had such a positive experience right from the start. Mirela in Kylemore was so helpful during the selection process…..we were able to get the tiles when they were on sale and have them stored for us for a few months until we needed them. During the fitting of the tiles we needed additional adhesive and extra tiles - again, Mirela was superb, making sure they were ready for collection on the same day, nothing was a problem!
The tiles look amazing. We are delighted with the service that we got and would highly recommend the team at World of Tiles

James Manley from world of tiles helped us with sorting out our tiles , and buying them . He gave us so many ideas with which we were able to finalise the tiles we like . We are so grateful for the help and decision making experience we have had with them .

Visited world of tiles in recent weeks. Currently renovating our kitchen. Had consultations with both Katherine and Brian. Lovely staff members. Both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful In choosing tiles for our kitchen and made the whole experience less stressful in making the finsishing touches to our new beautiful kitchen. Thank you both Katherine and Brian. We Will definitely pass on our experience with world of tiles with family members and friends and would hope to use this service again.

Bought tiles from World of Tiles mid October, over the internet. When they arrived I realised they were totally wrong for what I'd intended them for. Not being internet savvy I wasn't sure how to get them back to the warehouse etc, & as luck would have it I spoke to Mark in the Mullingar warehouse on the phone. He bent over backwards to help me - several phonecalls, extreme patience & he didn't give up till he was sure the tiles were returned & the money refunded to me. World of Tiles are extremely lucky to have Mark working with them, would recommend them to anybody & will buy from them again. It's lovely to deal with a gentleman like Mark, big thank you. We visited World of Tiles over the weekend & it was nothing only a fabulous experience from start to finish. Currently in the process of renovating our bathroom, we've used world of tiles before so we had no hesitation on returning. We were approached by a lovely staff member Katherine who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, she advised us & showed us exactly what was available to suit our budget. She took the stress out of what I thought would have been a hard decision. Again we are delighted that's where we choose to shop and would have no issues recommending or returning to shop in the future. We'll done on fantastic customer service👏

Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and the quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend World of tiles,Limerick . I was dealing with Catherine, she was knowledgeable professional and so helpful .Even though my bathroom project was small, it did nt matter , they worked around my budget . Their selection of stock is huge and nothing was a problem . Brian gave great advise in relation to materials , and what works best ,grout etc.
On that particular day I visited many tile centres but they were the only ones that showed a real interest in helping me out , Thank you , Susan & Mick from Cork.
