When we were looking for my daughters dress we made sure that it would be delivered on time for prom. We do not have a dress nor do we have our money. Please do not order from this scam.
So disappointing.

We ordered 2 dresses, my daughter was not sure which cut she liked better so we figured to order both, she could try them on see what she liked and send back the other. Since we have not ordered here before we were not sure what the quality would be like. 1st they went back and forth with us trying to make us cancel one of the dresses, then said now one was short on material and they were not sure if they would get it to is in time, then they sent one but changed the look of the dress. Added beading instead of lace but did not tell us before doing it. My daughter hates beading so I could have told them to cancel that one. Then I get a email saying they are canceling the 2nd dress because they are not able to make it. So now 2 weeks before prom we are scrambling to find a dress.

They have been great to work with! They responded to every email I sent! And they were very helpful and accommodating about my order! It did take 6 weeks, but the dress is great quality and worth the wait! We will be ordering more for my daughter’s wedding for her bridesmaids. Highly recommend!!

I have the most beautiful dress ever. I’m super happy with the quality and design. The beads and stones are sewn on securely and with high quality. They aren't plastic—they are real glass or crystals. It shimmers absolutely beautifully in the sunlight! The length of the dress is perfect for wearing with heels. I am 173 cm (5'8") tall. I love this dress!

We ordered a prom dress and realized they were never going to ship it. I never received my money back after being told it would be in my account after 7-10 days. I keep getting the runaround about who to contact and still have not got this resolved. Don’t waste your money on this site! They will rip you off

The dresses are stunning, quality is far better than expected, and pricing is fantastic. The one that I kept looked much more expensive than it was and was very flattering. I was sent the wrong size in one of the dresses I ordered for myself (I could get it on but it was snug) however; it ended up being perfect for my stepdaughter so I let her have it. The other dress I ordered for myself arrived late/after my event so I did not keep it. Customer service tried to offer me a small refund and to keep the dress to which I declined as I had no use for. They were reluctant to refund me but I was adamant that I was Getting a refund and was returning the dress. I had to pay to ship it back to them which cost me roughly $20 but still better than eating that almost $200 and having a dress that I had No use for. Mind you, I didn’t even open the dress once it was delivered. For the difficulty of returns, I gave It 4 stars and will be hesitant to purchase from them again if I think there’s a possibility that I’d have to return.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. Paid for expitided shipping for dress to be delivered in February 18th-20th , March rolls around dress still hasn't shipped and prom is on the 7th. I sent several messages and after about the 10th one they finally answered back and were full of excuses. Told me they would rush delivery and dress would be here the morning of our prom. I asked them to cancel order they then stated that the dress had already shipped but they didn't have updated tracking yet. Just fair warning to people this place is a scam and don't want you to get taking advantage of like we did.

I bought a red mystery box. I was a little skeptical but it was only $30! They have multiple colors and a $60 mystery box as well. My package came and I received the most gorgeous red sequin asymmetrical long gown!! I absolutely love it!! Shipping was not long either!

I order 2 dresses from them for a xmas, size 16. When I recieved the package the dresses were a size 16w. 2in/5cm or nore bigger in key measurements. When emailing, explaining the situation, they refused todo anything to help rectify the situation, and only would give me a $10 voucher for a future purchase. Ne refund, no shipment of the correct sizes, no nothing. The representative Ava Cathy tried guilting me in accepting the offer, saying something about kids and formula. Almost 100 dollars down the drain just to not get what I ordered.

I am responding to WorldProm’s recent reply regarding my complaint, as the response provided is inaccurate and does not reflect the documented communication or facts of this matter.

I have a full email thread with your representative, Ava Cathy, in which she explicitly offered a 50% refund, and I accepted that offer. That commitment was later withdrawn without explanation. I have retained copies of all correspondence showing this exchange.

I also provided proof of delivery confirming that the returned item was received by your facility, including the delivery confirmation and the name of the individual who signed for the package. Despite this, my refund was never issued. Instead, WorldProm attempted to retain both the returned merchandise and my payment.

To clarify further:

I did not request expedited shipping.

The order took approximately 18 days to arrive, which was far beyond a reasonable delivery timeframe.

The delay was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

The item received did not match the quality or appearance advertised on your website and was significantly more plain than represented.

Additionally, when I attempted to follow up by phone with the MrNeio warehouse, my calls were disconnected after I explained the issue. Shortly afterward, my number appeared to be blocked, as calls from my phone went unanswered. When I called from a different phone, the call was answered immediately. This raises serious concerns about how customer complaints are being handled.

I am fully prepared to provide:

The complete email chain with Ava Cathy

Proof of delivery and signature confirmation

Documentation of all communication attempts

Screenshots of the product listing versus what was received

At this point, I am requesting that WorldProm honor the refund that was already offered and resolve this matter promptly. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to continue pursuing resolution through formal consumer protection and payment dispute channels.

I made a request of how and when this matter would be resolved and it was simply NEVER resolved.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was glad to get my dress within a two week timeframe. My dress was exactly like the picture on the website. I was looking for a dress that would be different from other basic black dresses and it didn't disappoint. My purchase was worth every penny! I'm 6ft tall and the dress length was to the floor which looked stunning. The make and draping of the dress was just right. I would purchase from World Prom again.
