Trusted plate form to book ticket

I called World tour looking for affordable tickets for a return flight from Manchester. With the current unstable situation in the Middle East, all airlines have hyped up their fares.
Mr Yash from World Tour took my needs and current situation into careful consideration. He appeared to demonstrate empathy and spent nearly an hour looking for the best deal.He didn’t just find a very good deal but also managed to get us extra weight allowance.
I was very impressed by Mr Yash’s professionalism yet friendly approach.
He explained very clearly the different stages of the booking process until the issuance of our flight tickets.
Unsupringly they were issued within the time frame he gave us.
I shall definitely use world Tour again.

this is a con operation, plain and simple. You will receive your confirmation email and they will call you soon after trying to extract more money, either by getting you to accept a different time, or airport. If that doesn't work they will call and try to tell you that your ticket is basic economy and you need to pay if you want a normal economy ticket. This is nothing but a con company. Do not get sucked in by a cheaper price. use a reputable company. Just go to google and look at their office. I'm pretty sure their online profile, including reviews are fabricated from fake accounts that they've created.

This Gem is very Devoted, Selfless, a Duty-Honour, Full of Humanity, and a very Reliable Loyal customer Relations personality, SONIYA. She was really helpful in sorting out most of my issues related to booking/refunds etc. Soniya was literally just phone calls and whatsapp chats away for 24/7.

Do not buy ticket with this agency. They scam you off your ticket and once you pay they ask for more money to even receive your ticket that you ALREADY paid for!!!

Absolute scammers. I purchased business class ticket from them online after a search of a popular flight search app. Paid the money and then 30 minutes got a call saying the flight was unavailable as during the time I was buying the ticket a family of 5 purchased all the last available seats. Was told if I still wanted the flight I could get it for an additional £200 ! I refused and then spent the next 3 hours in extremely frustrating conversations. Eventually to save my own sanity I agreed to fly from a different airport just because I had to travel on a specific date. Was told to pay an extra £95 which I did. Recieved an email saying my tickets would be released in 24-48 hours. No tickets arrived. I contacted them to find out what was going on and recieved a fake PNR code. I checked with the airline who confirmed the PNR was not correct and that there was no booking in my name. Contacted my bank and the police to deal with the matter. Beware because if you buy tickets from this company you will lose your money !

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Booked my flight through a price comparison sites, they then send a confirmation email but you don't get emailed any tickets. You get phone calls asking for more money due to flight changes even though on the comparison sites the price and flight times are the same.
Trying to get a refund still and also when you go on there website and try to contact them with online form...the submit button doesn't work.
Just go straight to the flight company and book through them don't use this company at all.
I think most of the positive reviews on here are fake as they are written very similiar

a little teething problem, at the end all sorted. just as requested all good.Yes, I’m happy to recommend to others. 

At first this company seemed ok and wanted to help, they originally helped me change my flights due to conflicting dates ( they helped if i gave a good review which i did - i also had to pay more ), but unfortunately i had a car accident a few weeks ago and im not able to fly, although they have managed to get me a partial refund ( after a lot of me hassling them and even proving my accident with hospital release papers ) they are now dragging their heels with even contacting me confirming the flight is cancelled and when i will get the refund. even today i was told Rishi would be back at 1530, i gave an additional hour on top of this yet im still chasing them via whatsapp and email, and still no one has come back to me.

Service was good before book. The condition was non refundable, But the airlines agreed to refund, No-Show: Non-Refundable and non-changeable, air line agreed with a little amount of fee.
They didn't help when I missed my plan, charged to much for the next plan, I search by my own and direct airlines flight was Cheaper with extra luggage.

I had an issue with my ticket from the airline side where they wanted to charge me extra after I had purchased my ticket!! But Harry at Worldtour Store sorted everything out for me.
