The pens are amazing. I’m giving 4 stars because they mixed up my order and I ended up with one pen I ordered and another I didn’t but the one I didn’t order was of better quality vs the other I had originally purchased, I still want that flash pen but tomorrow is another day.

I found everything I needed and wanted fast and easy

I like that they quick with taken orders but when it comes to shipping good luck with that part

The only thing that bothered me was how long ago I ordered it, and it didn’t bothered to ship until I contacted y’all. So nearly a month of waiting for the package to arrive. It could improve on contacting The customer on the delay next time, instead of ghosting them.

I loved this it is perfect I’m a beginner

Buen dia. Estoy medianamente satisfecha con el kit que compré. Respecto a la atención al cliente, envío y entrega bien, pero me hicieron falta productos que debieron haber llegado en el kit tengo 7 de 10 productos. Me faltaron 3 cosas. Y la persona que me atendió ya no me responde.

Took forever to receive, was charged for expedited shipping but did not get it, customer service run around. Missing cartridges.

Speedy delivery easy buy easy pay

I didn’t get my order or ink. A waste of time.

Friendly and efficient customer service, fast shipping and quality merchandise!

Ordered the cordless black tattoo pen for my boyfriend and he loves it! He is a beginner tattoo artist and wormhole was an excellent choice for him. The kit arrived insanely fast (3 days) and had everything it was advertised for. My only suggestion to the company would be having maybe a QR code that leads to a tutorial video or something about setup. Other than that, so so awesome. Love wormhole! Will be recommending to others and ordering more in the future. Thank you!!

Good products fast shipping pleasure to work with thanks so much

I'm dissatisfied with my experience with this company because there was an issue with my purchase getting sent to the wrong address and my number that I had put down in my info was somehow changed and every time that I try to resolve the matter I feel like I'm getting the run around.

Awesome product and will definitely keep buying here the updates on delivery amazing even got it a day early .

Came in good time so far so good with the product(s) as well thanks wormhole!!!

my package got delivered to the wrong address when i put the right one in!

I’m not a tattoo artist, I just bought 2 of the products as a gift. My review I’ll be only on my ordering experience, and not the product itself. Had a good/bad experience. The great experience was that I had order 2 if the same items, and the company email me asking, if I had order 2 of the same product by mistake. Which It was not a mistake, but good for them on making sure there was no error on my part. The bad experience was that they only shipped me only one of the products and not two. So I had to email them back and told them about the problem of the missing item. They reply and told me that they were going to do an investigation and ask me to send them pictures of what a have received.
They did send me my missing product which it didn’t take long, and it was great. The reason I didn’t give them a 4-5 stars and only 3 was. That they don’t have a number, everything it’s by email or messenger. I don’t have messenger because I don’t have Facebook. So getting in touch with them was a hassle. They made it right but I wish they have a better way to contact customer service.

Package is taking way too long to arrive and I paid for expedited shipping

Wonderful items, speedy delivery, and great customer service. Will definitely buy from again.
