I purchased cancellation insurance
I purchased cancellation insurance, the wedding I was attending was cancelled, and Worry Free bookings refused to issue a refund. The hotel couldn't issue a refund as it was in Worry Free's booking portal. I would NEVER use this service again. Buyer beware! Worry free bookings (worryfreebookings.com). Still hoping they will do the right thing so I can edit this review, but am not holding my breath.
