I recently contacted Worx to try to source a replacement part. I received a response from Olie who shipped the required attachment out immediately. I was very impressed!

I own several Worx items and they’re great. However, they are poor a resolving customer issues. Quite simply I bought an item a few days before they launched Black Friday. I contacted them to see if they would honour the discount for me. They said they only do this if the price changes within 24 hours. Wow, that’s tight! So I have to return the item for a refund and then buy it again with the Black Friday discount. Seems like unnecessary hassle for both me and Worx, but the discount is too big to ignore. What a shame they can’t see how frustrating this is to a customer and simply sort it out.

An initial call to Worx about one of their products I was looking to purchase was met with very limited patience or, seemingly, technical knowledge. I decided to do my own research. Giving Worx the benefit of the doubt I attempted to purchase from them at which point their website seem to be having issues. Thought I would be helpful and let Worx know that they had an issue by calling them. Worx didn't seem to be the slightest bit concerned they had an issue, or care any less that I wanted to purchase their products. I'm glad I didn't end up purchasing products from this company because I do not think their customer service would have been up to much at all should I have had a problem. I will stay well clear of this company and purchasing any of their products in future. Shameful response from you Worx (considering I need not have contacted you to tell you that you had a website issue and you might be losing sales) and dreadful customer service.

I ordered a small chainsaw on £30 off offer on two days delivery .Not knowing that their delivery co was not DPT but the dreadful Evri Just to mess things up even more Worx only put my postcode on the parcelFive emails from Evri to say they will deliver that day etc etc etc anyway last email ten days later they said they had lost it Later that morning I got Never again will I buy Worx products

Bought a hedge trimmer. Really good value. Arrived quickly. Perfect for my small to medium hedge.
I also have a strimmer from worx and would recommend for small to medium jobs.

Hi have tried and tried to chase customers services for my refund six weeks on still no answere

Ordered a product 30th September with 2 day delivery, still not received. No response ti emails or phone messages. Very bad trader, 8 do not recommend! Order no. #276552.

Great tools, but customer service is absolute rubbish, I cancelled an order because I could get the tool cheaper elsewhere, I'm on day 4 of waiting for my £179.99 refund with no explaination as to what the delay is about. Good one Worx, it really isn't hard to keep customers happy.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a pole saw over a week ago and despite trying to contact customer services FOUR times I have yet to receive anything or get a response. Cheap tat from China with zero focus on customers.

This ranks as one of the worst products I have ever bought. I have now owned it for three years and I have spent hours trying to resolve issues. It is not fit for purpose and I wouldn’t buy one again. One of the reasons for buying originally was to ensure that the grass was cut while I am away from home. Several times now, while away, I have received an error message that states that a wire is missing. On each occasion, the battery has fully discharged while on the charging station. Nothing to do with wires. Two batteries have now been ruined because of this.

It gets stuck so easily and rucks up the grass badly when it does get stuck.

I have bought both additional obstacle avoidance modules. Neither work properly. Sometimes it will avoid objects and, where magnetic strips have been laid, go around a feature such as a shrub bed. At other times, like today, it ignores the strip and goes straight into the bed damaging shrubs and rucking up the grass with the wheels continuing to spin. I have followed the instructions closely. I have even completely relaid a perimeter wire. After three years, during which time it has been off as much as on, I’m admitting defeat. It is going in the bin. I’d like to think Worx will read this and not dismiss it out of hand but why should they care? It’s out of warranty and no longer their problem. Do yourself a favour: don’t buy a Worx Landroid lawn mower.

I deeply regret purchasing their products. I purchased as an investment for the future. I discovered that cheeper products sold by mainline DIY retailers were much better at doing the work. I've lost a fortune. WORX is NOT a name you can trust.

When able to get a response from customer service, Max Pocock seems to be the only person dealing with messages, they can do so politely. However, that’s the end of the good news unfortunately. Most recently, having ordered a £300+ product, I waited a day or 2 after expected delivery to contact and was told they actually didn’t have any stock, please accept a cheaper alternative. When I questioned this, I received an unhelpful response, “we don’t have any other options”. The website then showed the product as back in stock, so I chased on my email with further questions and a request for my issue to be escalated, I got back an email saying they had raised the issue with IT, and I haven’t heard anything since. It’s been 2 weeks, and I’m down £300+. Even if I do receive a product, dealing with their customer service for orders has been excruciating, I’m left with no desire to deal with this company again, never mind any confidence that further contact would be handled at all. Where other reviews leave comments suggesting the website to be a scam, I wouldn’t be surprised. On the other hand, I believe the entire company to be built on poor judgement and hopes: unable to maintain stock control, buggy website and products, old technology, incorrect charges, inability to handle issues, and no desire to support their customers.

Having some poor reviews for WORX I did not know what to expect. I hade cause to contact them because of a part for my Hedge trimmer went missing.
Customer was excellent as as they explained the model was no longer in Stock but if I had the original receipt they would deal with it under Warranty. They did this and replaced it with an improved model which was brilliant when I used this weekend. Superb customer service from start to finish.

Having bought a Worx lawn mower and strimmer I was not expecting the hedge trimmer to be faulty. But it was, and it was no problem getting it exchanged. Patrick Sanders replied promptly and professionally from customer support and we now have a very capable trimmer. The other comments are accurate: the products and the customer service are very good.

I have nothing but praise for this company as the products are great but like anything, sometimes things go wrong. On the couple of times over the years that I have dealt with the After Sales team, I have had nothing but professionalism, courtesy and help. Emma Smith was a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to Patrick S this morning regarding a replacement battery for a cordless hedge trimmer. He was amazing - polite, knowledgeable, engaging and VERY helpful. He provided the gold standard of customer service - particularly impressive as I had made three phone calls prior to this one to various customer service/after sales call centres in an attempt to purchase the same spare part. Worx UK provided much better customer service than the after sales call centres of the seller and the brand. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.

How refreshing to have such good quality customer support. From my first enquiry re how to purchase a spare part, to receiving it, had been straightforward. They responded quickly and it was a real human not some automated response. They clearly wanted to help me get the part I needed. The delivery came in the time they said it would. Bingo! Every email back and forth was prompt and polite. The Worx Strimmer/Edger has been a brilliant tool which had been recommended to me. It was an error on my part the piece went missing. I will certainly buy from this company in the future. Thanks

I got a word pressure washer and the box was looking as tho it was taped and when I told the customer service they said it was packed by machine no protection for the pressure washer and there was no battery included I wished I could add images here so everyone could see It customer service is horrible and I don't see any help here

I contacted Worx as I wasn't able to find a replacement blade for my mower on the spares section of their website. Turns out my mower is a newish model, so the spares aren't set up yet. The customer support person that contacted me got a new blade out of the production supply, and sent it to me free of charge. In this day and age, customer service like that is very hard to find, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Worx products as being worthy of purchase.
