Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I called ahead and specifically asked if they could print a Stitch design, and I was clearly told they could. Based on that information, I drove all the way to their location only to be told they couldn’t do the job after all.
This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and effort. If they were unsure or unable to provide the service, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of telling me what I wanted to hear just to get me in the door.
Customer service starts with accurate communication, and this business failed at the most basic level. I went out of my way based on their word, and they did not deliver. I would not recommend this location (Chicago Ridge is good) to anyone looking for reliable service or honest communication.
