Customer service awful refunds take too long
Purchased dress , wasn’t sure on the fit returned It 13/7/26 I have contacted WOVCOR many times via email as that was the only option for customer services . Was purchased through boohoo . They have helped but now advised me I will have to wait until 13/8/26 for my refund to process . That’s over a month of waiting for a refund . Will not use again takes way too long to refund , avoid this company a month for a refund ! Crazy wish they had been as quick to reply to my emails like they have been to respond to my bad review
