Utterly useless, avoid avoid avoid

Really awful experience. Purchased swimsuits in various sizes because the website says you can return items for any reason with 30 days. Neither fit and both strange design so I requested to return for a refund, only to be told that for hygiene reasons they legally can't be returned. This is mentioned nowhere on their website and it against my consumer rights. I then got repeated seemingly AI produced emails offering me another size if I pay for the postage. No reference to the emails I've sent or discussion around the points I raised. A bizarre customer service black hole going nowhere so have had to raise with my payment provider.

Do not order from this useless Company

If I could give this stupid company less than a 0, I would. Cynthia was testing my patience. I ordered a medium dress which was nice, but it was a bit small. I requested an exchange and informed them that I needed it in two weeks for an event (which is how long the original took to arrive - so I was happy with that), and in the beginning, Cynthia seemed helpful, and she said she will arrange a bigger size to be dispatched to me at an extra cost of £7.50 if I confirmed the size I wanted. I confirmed on the same day, and for the past week and a half, Cynthia has been acting very stupid by sending me the same automated emails repeatedly, after confirming several times that I want a bigger size sent to me. She said that it has been dispatched, and then sends me an email later to ask me to confirm if I want a bigger size, despite confirming several times. This means the dress had not been dispatched. Even the extra cost changed from £7.50 to £9.50 to £8.50 in the several emails she would send. She then offered for the bigger dress to be sent without charging me the extra cost, and then when I asked for a status, she then said I should confirm that I want the bigger size to be sent at an extra cost of £8.50. The dress was never dispatched. I then requested a refund several times, and she is still sending me those stupid automated emails asking me to confirm whether I want a bigger size and to pay the extra costs. She is deliberately ignoring my refund request.

I have been seriously going back and forth with Cynthia with no results, and I have been forced to buy a dress from another company because Woverelle is incompetent.

100% recommend!!

I ordered two tops for a festival I had planned. Both of them suited so nice, so I had to keep them both 🤭 Quality was really good and delivery within a week.

This is a company that seemingly…operates in the US and arranges for the goods to be sent from China

This is a company that seemingly operates in the US but the goods are sent from China. The item I purchased eventually arrived but not in the timeline they suggested. I sent 2 emails and never received a reply.I ordered a S a M was sent. I strongly advise against having an dealings with this company.

Poor poor poor customer relations

Poor poor poor customer relations. Ordered a men’s 44inch chest jacket - it’s miles too small, even though I am 44 inch chest. Have sent FOUR emails asking for advice on how I return the item - no reply from Woverelle on each occasion! That’s £44 down the drain! Be warned!!

Not the greatest experience

Not the greatest experience, firstly I tried to cancel my order, I was told I cannot as it was already shipped out, I never received a notification until after a week of first contact that the order was shipped out. Took another 2 weeks to receive the items. Bear in mind I have been in contact with customer service which was good, but I think it is all a sham. This company uses guise saying it will cost you more to return it, as it’s all the way in the Netherlands.
Quality of the items were bad, nothing like what was seen on the website. In the end I got fed up, all I got was 15% back of my payment and left with items I done want.

Website’s a SCAM

As others have said - an absolute scam…DO NOT PURCHASE from this website.

Bought an item and when it arrived it was nothing like the advertised item, what actually arrived was an insult! Contacted them to return item. Got offered to keep item and give me 20% refund, I said no I want full refund. They gave me address in Netherlands. More fool me, I paid the price to return to the address and I’ve heard nothing back since!

Like others have said, Cynthia their ‘Customer Excellence Manager’ (an AI bot I have come to realise), communicated very articulately with me to get the item returned. Since then, I have followed up with several emails, completed the Contact Form and they have ghosted me!

Learn from our lessons - the website is an absolute scam and do not use.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ordered my items on 19th April, still not arrived. Have contacted customer services to ask to cancel my order before it was shipped but they refused. Then changed the status to shipped immediately after my complaint on 1st May, still nothing has arrived. I've also been sent an email asking how my return went when I still haven't even received the items to return in the first place. Absolute scam company.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company! I tried to return a dress i had ordered because it was nothing like the picture online. I had to explain why and send pics! They then sent me a bigger size, which I had said I did not want and just wanted a refund. I had lots of communication with a woman called Cynthia, customer excellence manager apparently!! Who kept fobbing me off saying she would send me the return information and issue a refund as the dress i purchased was reduced by £20 soon after. The whole thing dragged on for 2 months and I have still not received any money back and have 2 dresses that I didn't want and cannot wear! I have also tried calling them but it just rings out and have done an online contact form but had no response from that either.
Shocking service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!

Terrible experience - awful quality - scam - avoid

Terrible experience. The items ordered bear no resemblance to the items that arrived in either style, colour, or quality. The quality in particular is horrendous - there are no proper labels in the clothing save 'made in chine'. I tried to obtain a refund and was told that sometime light in photography makes the pictures appear different! I had several back and forth emails with what is obviously an AI chat bot. They did say that a refund would be given but that was only after making numerous offers of a discount, rising each time I rejected, to keep the goods. This is a scam website - the sales are a complete misrepresentation of what is actually being sold and despite having confirmed they would refund if the goods were returned, my experience (especially refereeing to the fraudulent misrepresentation) left me in no doubt that a refund would not be forthcoming.

I would only add that there seems to be a few companies linked to Woverelle and all have terrible reviews, including Doverelle.com. They appear to be connected in some way.

Avoid this company at all costs.
