A vendor who understands and adapts to their clients needs

To offer our customers 24/7 support, we required a team to provide triage and 1st response support outside of office hours. Wow24-7 have provided a solid, timely and well-engaged solution for one year now.

The initial project was run very well and set us up to succeed using their wealth of experience. It was well managed with minimal disruption while ensuring a good collaboration.

The back office team run monthly catchups to ensure the project continues to run smoothly.

The agents providing the triage support are smart, courteous and timely with their work. They really are awesome.

We have confidence in the quality of service and although we continue to review their work, have seen very high levels of accuracy in triage and very quick responses, with our typical response time dropping from 40-50 minutes to 3 minutes.

From our experience, we highly recommend Wow24-7 as a partner.

Strong Customer Service!

From picking our team of agents to the quality of support they provide to our agents. The onboarding process was super quick but very thorough and the agents' attitude is supportive and hard-working.

Excellent and reliable outsourcing partner

We hired WOW24-7 to handle our inbound inquiries and provide our clients with top-notch customer care. Their agents have been very helpful and super responsive all along the integration process and our cooperation. Providing us with a GREAT customer service Team

I am the Head of Customer Service for Under Lucky Stars. Being an online retail company it’s very important for us to have a 24/7 support service. We get orders from all over the world which means that our customers are located in different time zones. So we wanted to have that round-the-clock service so our customers could contact us anytime either through live chat, email or social media and there would always be someone to help them. WOW24-7 supplied us with that kind of service and our agents do it very well. They reply to customers’ questions, check placed orders, mediate communications between our print labs and customers and take on extra tasks if we ask them. The agents are dedicated, competent and committed to their work. We believe that we’ve been very lucky with our agents.

Highly recommended service

We hired WOW24-7 to assist us with customer support management. We needed agents to coordinate the process from the moment an order gets placed to passing it over to a writer as well as navigate any arising issues after the order is completed. WOW24-7 team was very considerate of all of our requirements and preferences. They made the onboarding process effortless for us. We feel that WOW24-7 agents have our company’s best interest in mind and that made them a part of our team. They’ve saved our staff so much time by taking over customer support management. We couldn’t be more happier with them.

WOW24-7 have definitely exceeded our expectations!

WOW24-7 has had a very positive influence on our business. Having clients from all around the world, we were struggling to manage our customer support service. Our clients, who normally work in hospitals, sometimes come across issues and need someone to guide them. After considering several outsourcing companies we decided to go with WOW24-7. Outsourcing to them enabled us to provide 24/7 support and always have someone answer clients’ inquiries.

Unlike our previous outsourcing provider, WOW24-7 is a reliable and dedicated team with very professional and friendly agents. We love the fact that we can talk to them any time via Slack. They always find the right answer to any question. We haven’t had any problems with their service at all. WOW24-7 has definitely exceeded our expectations.
