If I could give this Company 0 stars I would. I have bought many things off wowcher and have never had a problem until I had a problem!!!!.
Bought a matress through thier company from cloud9yn. Redeemed voucher then read the reviews of this company. Contacted the company to cancel my order less than 48hrs after so well within the 16 days that wowcher states on thier website that you have for refunds cancellations or returns. Company refused as delivery had already been paid and processed. I stated that I had done this within time limit and was ignored. Got a message regarding delivery. Messages back telling them under no circumstances to deliver this matress. This was also ignored. Second message received with a delivery date. Again messaged again ignored. 3rd message with delivery time slot. Same reply ignored again. When they rang me to deliver I told them I would decline the delivery as wanted a refund. Man very abrupt with me in the phone then out phone down on Me!!!. So no matress was delivered. This was nearly 3 weeks ago now!!!!.contacted wowcher who started a 3 way email between them myself and the company giving the company 72hrs to reply to my messages!!!! And believe me they use the whole 72hrs to make me wait. They replied saying as delivery company has been paid a full refund is not possible. The delivery charge was £5 90. I told them to keep that and just give me the difference which was £158.00. They have replied to me and wowcher 4 times now with the same message completely ignoring what I've said and a full refund is not possible. Nearly 3 weeks going round in circles with no help from wowcher Whatsoever even though thier own policy states you have 16 days. Send a message privately to wowcher via WhatsApp rather than using the 3 way email as getting absolutely nowhere and instead of replying or helping they sent the message I had sent to them to the bloody company giving them yet another 72 hours to reply to a message that wasn't even for them!!! Absolutely disgrace to treat customers this way. And to make matters even worse this company cloud9yn is STILL on wowchers website after millions of complaints allowing people to continue to be ripped off!!!this is completely unacceptable. Wowcher it is your responsibility to help out customers who have bought sub standard products via your company #reply to wowchet how much more information do you actually need!!!! And we're do i contact you?through your WhatsApp which is exactly what im doing now and am getting completely ignored!!!?????

I am very disappointed with the customer service from Wowcher.

I purchased a deal (Order #51XXX181), and the third-party merchant has already agreed to provide a refund. However, they have since stopped responding and no refund has been processed.

I contacted Wowcher via WhatsApp on 11th March to resolve this, but communication has now stopped despite following up.

As the merchant is unresponsive and Wowcher has not assisted, I am now escalating this through PayPal.

I would appreciate an urgent response from Wowcher to resolve this matter.

After posting this review, Wowcher has now contacted me and confirmed that a refund will be issued. While I appreciate the resolution, it’s disappointing that it required a public review to prompt action.

I was sold a 5* Hilton beach hotel half board with direct flights from Edinburgh voucher from Wowcher for Travelolo and was told by Travelolo the holiday doesn’t exist and they are not refunding me as it was an error on Wowchers website. Wowcher are refusing the refund also and both companies are signposting me to each other and nobody is taking responsibility.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought some bowls advertised as Le Creuset cereal bowls. It wasn't until I redeemed the Wowcher that I noticed the dimensions of the bowl. 12cm diameter. That's not a cereal bowl. I immediately contacted them for clarification and the supplier said the dimensions were correct. I have screenshots showing them advertised as cereal bowls and the plates on the same ad were advertised as dinner plates despite actually being small side plates. Over a week ago I said I wanted to cancel the order. I've received 2 emails from the supplier offering ANOTHER SET of the same uselessly small bowls, or a refund minus postage. I replied twice saying I want a refund and there's no postage because they haven't been sent out. Over a WEEK later I've been told the goods have now been dispatched to me. That's 8 days AFTER I cancelled. The advert was deliberately misleading, the photos are not of the goods you are buying. The text is at odds with the dimensions. "Dinner plates for entertaining guests" - 22cm. "Matching cereal bowls" - 12cm. Avoid this company. I feel like I've been absolutely conned.

Voucher was so easy to use and voucher arrived immediately. Great value too

Having very bad experience with voucher I have bought two items on 29/01/2026which I have never received. I asked for my refund which they said they will sent into my Wowcher account. It has been over a month and they keep saying the same thing all over again to sign in so I did almost every day and still no money has been put in my Wowcher wallet account
I am very disappointed. so beware when you buy anything on Wowcher.

I bought a ralph lauren sleeveless jacket, only to find out when I got it , it was from China, fake,very bad copy , but its been advertised as the real thing , wowcher on there page off advertised products have the same reviews from everyone, as fake , copy ... but wowcher still selling , STAY AWAY FROM WOWCHER .

I must say i have never experienced such kindness and thoughtfulness i put my order in wrong and i emailed them and they sorted it fantastic service

Wowcher an absolute nightmare. Never again will I even look up their site.. Ordered a kettle and toaster set. Money taken immediately as was postage but then I received an email to say they didn't have product. I'm still awaiting a refund. This is the second time this has happened. There's something wrong with this site. Why advertise products ,take the money and set up the voucher for delivery and then say they don't have product. Two weeks now and no refund but very quick to take money when they havent the goods in stock.

This is a great product for older skin.this is my 6th order i wont use anything else..Delivery time is a bit slow but i order well in advance..
