I am so glad I purchased a theme from WPZOOM. I have been using their theme for my blog since 2020. The theme has great features and most of all the customer support is great!. They recently fixed several problems that were causing loading issues on my site. I am so grateful to the customer support team for their help!

Everything about WPZOOM and their products has impressed me to be honest. Great functions, wide variation of themes and ready-to-use starter sites, useful plugins and always kept updated.

But bottom line for me is the team behind the products. After several interactions with the support I couldn't be more satisfied. Personal and always willing to help with questions or technical issues, and themes are quickly updated after ideas and/or requests.
Things like this is what makes it really easy for me to prolong my licence plan when renewal date comes.

I suggested a couple of improvements regarding the video lightbox and the deep linking features, and the team was very quick to listen and release new updates for the theme. It is great to see a developer team that actually listens to user feedback and works fast to improve their product. Very professional service.

Training, ease of use, support and just the most beautiful layouts for food bloggers. Years ago we decided to start our low-carb food website. The recipes and photos were easy; we needed a superb layout and technical guidance. Pavel supplied the technology and hooked us up with Ina for Word Press guidance. She is the best. Now, years later and with over 5 million views, we owe so much to WPZOOM. Simply the best!

Initially, I had to switch my theme from Tribune to Prime News, and despite my own mistakes, they kindly guided me through the process and made the transition easier. Later, while building the site, I encountered issues with overlapping categories and photos that were too large and not displaying well. I contacted customer service directly, and they were very helpful and easy to understand, so I was able to resolve the issue quickly. It felt like having a friend right next to me, helping me. I’ve used WPZOOM themes and plugins on a few projects now and honestly it’s been a pleasant experience. Their themes have a clean, professional feel and aren’t cluttered with gimmicks — they just let your content shine without getting in your way. The setup is straightforward, and even if you aren’t a developer you can get a site looking good pretty fast. Their support is friendly and really responsive when you hit a snag, which I’ve appreciated more than once.

In extraordinarily difficult situations, WP Zoom employees have been there to help, often last minute, to make sure my website and any issues I have get resolved quickly. I’m always very grateful for their help. I would highly recommend this theme as the customer support is exceptional.

Looking for a theme for my first website, Inspiro Lite appealed to me above all others and I used it for a couple of years before upgrading to Inspiro Premium because its header slideshow option allows me to get my message across in uniquely condensed and appealing form. I use the theme "Inspiro Premium" and I am very satisfied with it. The theme documentation is also really good. I had an issue with the plugin WPZOOM Forms. The problem was solved very quickly - great support!

I needed a portfolio site ASAP for potential clients and I am soooo glad I found WPZOOM. I purchased Inspiro Pro for its clean portfolio template, plus their service package for help loading it and customizing it. The service was incredible, the hours Ina (their amazing Community Manager) saved me was worth 10x what I paid. And... The first potential client I shared the site with already hired me for a project!
