I purchased two FAKE 30TB drives from them, they are fake only 4 GB each - Their reply because they were on sale they can't be returned and no refund - They know there selling fake items, I have complained to the authorities, hopefully they will get what they deserve for selling fake products

Stay away from this place. Bought a portable SSD drive and it never worked. Sent it back. Never got my money back. This place is just a rip-off. Don't go anywhere near. I'm surprised that Google even allows it to advertise

This company is a complete scam. The product description did not support the actual product. They refused to send a return label, suggesting I “gift” the product. Very disappointed that it showed up first on a Google search. They should be shut down.

We had an issue with a delayed package due to the weather conditions. We contacted the Customer Service and they responded with the tracking information and ETD. Their attitude was nice.

I ordered a posture corrector, which did not work for me. I asked to return it and after writing numerous emails and having to ask each step of the way what to do, I finally mailed it back. The company promised a refund, minus the cost of return shipment. I have sent more emails since and their customer service tells me they need to "check with their warehouse regarding what I returned" but they are not following through and I have yet to receive "any" refund at all. This is a crooked company, do not order from them.

Product was outdoor pest repeller using sonic waves. I set it up under ideal conditions and it emitted an obnoxious high pitched sound. Squirrels played around it. I asked for a return under their money back guarantee. They were condescending and refused to honor the guarantee. They are fraudsters scammers and charlatans. And bad engineers.

I ordered a set of solid wood peg “drop down” coat/bag hooks for our entryway hall and before it even left the company’s storeroom, decided to order a second for my son. Construction appeared beautiful. I was not disappointed!

My order was immediately confirmed (with a friendly message) and tracked at various points along the way. At one point I reached out because I thought delivery had been confirmed and I hadn’t received my items. IMMEDIATELY I received confirmation with a follow-up by a real person early the next day. This even though my email was sent late evening on a Sunday.

When the items arrived they really were as beautiful as they appeared, and we were impressed by product quality.

I especially appreciated friendly follow through by real people!

Customer Service was Awesome! When issue arrived they responded super quick, offered options, and took care of the problem. Very quick and pleasant transaction.

I could kick myself for not checking this company out before ordering a 2 TB External SSD hard drive from them. The price sucks you in, so I really should have known. This drive never really worked. It is not even a real 2 TB drive, as exposed on youtube when a youtuber opened it up to reveal it is really a micro disc inside, not a 2 TB drive. And the info that comes up when you plug it in has been changed, and says that it is 2 tb, but it is not. once the small amount of memory is used, it begins writing over what you have already saved.
Scam, Scam, Scam. They will now not answer my emails to them asking for a refund. What people like this don't get, is that there really is a God in Heaven, and they will be held accountable. Sad Sad world we live in.

Poor quality total scam from Bulgaria and impossible to return items.

Ordered one item. Billed for TWO and received very poor quality and shabby items. Seller will not accept return or refund the amount.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order but had to pivot and needed to return my item. Nope not happening. Scam! Buyer beware!

I love my beautiful two-tone wood coat racks. I bought two and spaced them to help enhance the deceptive look. So perfect and easy to install.

Wasn't confident about my purchase at first, but am glad I took the time to order and wait for my package.Costume was quality. Would order again.Package may take longer than expected. Trust the system.

USB Silent Fly Trap - NOT Effective!
The swarms of flies in my upstairs bedroom were driving me crazy, crazy enough to purchase a device on-line, without checking customer reviews from an outside source, as well as the company refund policy. It took over a week to receive my traps (clearly foreign origin), upon arrival, they did not include the fly food that the instructions say to apply, I decided to try honey as suggested by other videos about such traps, the spinning/trapping mechanism was getting stuck because the teeth were not lining up (fixed this by manually adjusting them), and now, 24 hours later, the flies are not even going close to these things. The 3 flies that decided to investigate (or simply fell dead into it!) are just getting ground into the teeth. I just looked up their refund policy, which states that they only refund unused items...again, I did not do my research before buying. This policy is sadly not realistic for this product. I sent a message requesting a refund, but after reading MANY Trustpilot reviews on how this may never be a reality, I am not going to waste my time with it any further. I'll eat my pride, and the money I spent, and dedicate my time to writing a helpful review. This product is definately not, as advertised: "The Worlds BEST USB Silent Fly Trap." It IS USB driven and it IS quiet (my reason for the 2 rating), but far from effective. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

Bought items for a cat.. didn't get the cat. I informed them that I haven't even opened the product, response was read the return policy.. which I did. I asked for a return label and was informed, again that I needed to read the return policy!! The policy had no information about sending photos and or a video of the unopened product.. !! Just a total run around.. I will never purchase from this company again!!

This company is a fraud. Do NOT Order anything from them. I ordered 2 cameras from them and they don't work. One doesn't even power on and the cord that came with it gets very hot. The second one will not connect to my phone. I sent an email to whoever is listed on the website and for over a week they have been sending one email that is autogenerated and now the emails ha e started repeating themselves. They have now option to talk to real people and the phone number does not work.
