I have yet to receive my items- very disappointed
I have yet to receive my items. This was for a special event and therefore we had nothing.
The zip code was incorrect. It was listed as 22303 and it should be 22203. I submitted an address update to UPS. They said it has to come from the shipper. I contacted you and you told me to submit it. So I've just been going in circles. Sooooo disappointed cause I love the items.

Ordering is easy however I wish the bags of wristbands were labeled with the size of wristbands that are enclosed in the individual bags.

Different every time
I have ordered the same bands several times and the font is always different even though I choose the same font. This most recent order I also got a few wrist bands with a different phrase so I’m having to go through all the bands to make sure they are correct.
