Booked a 7 seater cab with Swift Cars Winchmore Hill Road N14 to be collected from my address at 4.30pm on the 31st August 2023, called the company at 4.31pm as no one arrived advised they will be 7 minutes late.
Again waited a further 15 minutes no one arrived. Tried calling from 3 different mobiles all holding for over 10 minutes no answer. We were able to track the driver it kept saying 7 minutes then going up and down in minutes. He was no where near picking us up. Cab didn't arrive till 5.05pm which was now 35 minutes late and we needed to be at the airport by 5.30pm which didn't happen!!

Called swift cabs this morning they stated they will investigate, 4 hours later they called me back.
Lady manager was extremely rude and aggressive stating its not their fault as there was traffic I stated no courtesy call was made to advise this. She then carried on saying abruptly you were being picked up from bounces Road I stated no its N13 she then carried on to state anyway you were given the wrong price shouting we will only give you £10 come and collect and not to use their service again.

After the call I was extremely angry with her attitude and aggression as she also hung up.

Avoid using this Cab fim as they are only interested in getting their money and don't give a dam about their customers.

Definitely they have lost the business from ourselves, family and friends as this has been relayed to all to AVOID.

Staff and managers need customer service training as this was a despicable and very unprofessional service.

The £10 they can keep and put towards the training for all concerned there as they probably had no training in how to speak to people who pay their salary!!!!

I've had Mark V. from Green Home Solutions, Las Vegas, came by Sept 2022 to remediate mold to my closet, bathroom and HVAC area assuming it was all cleared till months later after trying to investigate where these molds originated and was led to retest for more molds and I found out I had more molds in my home and in me. So I contacted Mark and he came by to perform a Preliminary Mold Inspection Jul 2023 and it has elevated and the property I live in is contaminated as I've been notifying these folks from management and landlord for months since last year. Mark has been super!

XIEHAN ordered a travel bag from this company on July 1 2023. I was told it had been delivered, found it had been delivered to Mountsorrell SPDO in Loughborough. I have had to forward my address to Xiehan again and I have requested a full refund on several occasions, each time I am told to wait a few more days. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY

Well I just received a bill of £62.00 for speaking with these absolute wasters that it appears after asking were they U.K phone number they said yes or it gets reversed to them . The sly staff must have transferred me to an other extension .I sent an email to this awful firm . I have had no response yet . Absolutely crap service /theft .
The one year to hold my travel plans with them for messing up my flight in the first place.with my ESTA visa .the £50 + for going over the whole cost £760.00 …plus these phone calls of £62 .00 - over £ 800.00 I hope they sink & don’t have jobs . What a surprise this hotel has in store for you! If you have been to the web site you will already know that it is steeped in history. I did stay 'out of season' but the service was 5 star and the rooms are of great quality, considering the age of the building. Stephan (one of the joint owners) and his team were excellent. I only stayed for 1 night, without a prior reservation, but the service and the food was faultless, (a great breakfast!). With special thanks to Michelle. If you get an opportunity to talk with Stephan he is the Guru of the hotel's and buildings' history, which I found fascinating. Find out for yourself whenever you can.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by Helen Patrick, an individual claiming to work for a company called SkyCloudTrade. She presented herself as an investment manager for Skycloudtrade and enticed me with the promise of significant profits in the cryptocurrency market, emphasizing low risks and high rewards. Initially, I decided to invest 1000 euros, but eventually, I ended up giving a total of 5500 euros.

To my amazement, the platform displayed profits of over 35000 euros within just three months, which further fueled my trust in the venture. Helen assured me that making withdrawals would not be an issue. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, the problems began to surface. The company demanded a 20% advance payment from my profits, which I reluctantly paid. They promised to provide me with a PIN to access my funds, but unfortunately, they never followed through on their commitment.

Distressed by this situation, I reached out to Helen Patrick, who astonishingly remains active on LinkedIn despite my informing her about being scammed. She persistently made excuses, insisting that I needed to send more money to resolve the withdrawal issue. Regrettably, I lost more than 15000 euros in this fraudulent scheme, leaving me heartbroken and devastated by the loss of my hard-earned funds.

Its bizzare how Helen Patrick insists that i communicate with her through telegram.

My wife and I had an occasion to visit this pub. On 9th May 2023 We parked in their car park and we’re asked by staff to park our Motor home on the marked parked area. This took up more space but we obliged. We then entered the pub sat at a table and ordered drinks and a full meal. We ordered from the table and not at the bar. We were there for quite a while as we waited and ate our meal. We spoke to a few members of staff and at no point did any member of staff advise us that we must register our vehicle to stay in their car park. Very odd when the car park belongs to them. We finished our meal. Still non the wiser that although the car park was theirs they had in fact handed it over to a car park agency. Beyond fair for customers, if you ask me. We spent a small fortune on our meal and drinks. We received a fine in the post today for £50 for parking in their car park. Totally disgusted in the way this is done and there is little warning that you need to register your registration number. My advice give the place a wide birth. It begs the question what does the pub gain from this ? Also why was there no information on the tables about the car park ?

Vivaia is a new company from which I bought a lovely pair of comfortable red shoes.
They came with bows to attach and a bag to wash in.
I have gotten compliments on the shoes and think it is great that they can be washed. The price was very reasonable and they have a huge selection. I plan to purchase my shoes from that site from now on.

I had used Northern Protocol computer repair for years since been in Barrie since 2012 and when my Dell compact desktop started acting up and could not load a webpage without DNS server connectivity error . So went to old Northern Protocol location on Bayfield st and found sign saying they were no longer in business but thankfully had refer to new place called Tech aid solutions and took piece of paper offered and found fairly easily in south end Barrie on Saunders road.
Took it in Monday April 24th 2023 and found out techs here were from old northern protocol and owner of that company retired and living in Mexico now. Thankfully Chris the new owner of Techaid solutions was there and is awesome amazing man and tech. Anyways was lucky and got my compact Dell on bench immediately and they were not sure exactly what was causing this DNS server issue and so left it and within 24 hours these amazing techs found it and was bad or inappropriate driver for wifi installed during wins update!!! So they were able to remove that bad driver and reconfigure and DNS issue resolved and can surf to any page again and computer holds wifi connection now. Additionally these amazing techs noticed this computer very slow and sluggish and right away knew was the old hard drive in it and suggested putting in new little SSD hard drive which is solid state drive and what a difference in that now browser closes in like less than 5 seconds or less instead of thirty seconds and surfing faster and much better. Worth the extra $150 bucks. So had all this for $258 and just for wifi repair would have been only $100.
So highly and mean highly recommend the new Tech aid solutions computer service and sales business in Barrie. Remember this is same amazing techs you may have had at Northern Protocol. So glad I found this new service and did not make mistake of going somewhere else.

i ordered an item from ebay.sellers name was xuyayao i tried to cancel 30 minutes later because they couldnt deliver till JUNE and was promptly told it was too lat it had been dispatched.unbelievable so thats the LAST time i order from ebay anmd in particular the seller named xuyayao beware of these people DO not buy from them

Location, style and atmosphere make the Dunalastair Hotel Suites a must.

Turn up, plug in and relax.

It isn’t often we’ve said “Wow!” when entering a room – a suite to be precise – in the Highlands of Scotland but the beautiful two-bedroom apartment (no. 109) at the Dunalastair Hotel Suites in Kinloch Rannoch hit all the right notes. It also had a good sized living space with dining table, fridge, microwave and a full range of tea/coffee making facilities. Double beds are massive and extremely comfortable. The suite was a spacious, fully tiled shower room and toilet with plenty of quality toiletries. Most rooms in the hotel are now suites and worth the extra cost.

Booking direct with the hotel, as we normally prefer, this turned out to be one of our best short stay experiences so far this year.

As we entered reception on arrival, the fragrance permeating throughout was fresh and inviting and this continued in the corridors and public spaces.

DHS (as we subbed it) was completely refurbished some years ago when on a visit we spotted the Highland outfit worn by Liam Neeson in his role as Rob Roy MacGregor which hung on the gorgeous staircase – it’s now in the entranceway to the dining room. The Hollywood star stayed at Dunalastair when filming.
More recent renovations and refurbishments have turn this place into a must visit gem.

Service in this hotel is of the highest standard (well done and a big thanks to Denzil on reception) with a warm and friendly atmosphere created by everyone.

Our dinner on the first night (delicious steaks) was only marred by a very poor desert… the poached pears turned out to be just one pear which was cold and hard! Food prices are on the high side as are the drinks (wine in particular) and a review of this could make all the difference.

The building itself is a traditional stone built property dating back to the 19th century. The former barns are now a comfortable dining room with a lounge and bar attached. All look on to an open courtyard where guests can enjoy sitting in comfortable chairs with tables for taking afternoon tea and light snacks.

One of our deciding factors (as the electric vehicle tsunami continues) when considering where to visit, is the availability of electric charge points, helpful when hotels are located in more remote locations. The Dunalastair offers free electric vehicle charging to boot! Amazingly, for such a small village – it is located at the eastern end of the stunning Loch Rannoch - it has a further four chargers, two in the square on which the hotel stands and two more within 50 yards on the main road. The hotel has ample (dedicated) parking too.

The DHS is branded as a 5 star hotel – not quite but a BIG 4 star+ is earned by an impressive refurbishment progamme that has added style and finesse. Coupled with high standards of personal service and (smiling) staff, what more could you ask for.

All-in-all a most delightful two-night vacation in one of Scotland’s upmarket hospitality venues. Oh yes – and it’s very pet friendly!

I ordered my item on 13/02/23. It’s now 16/04/23 and they have not delivered the item. The company is simply refusing to provide me with a refund until Royal Mail has provided the with the parcel. The company is refusing to accept liability for there undelivered item. In the interim I have been waiting 60 days for a refund and the company have not made any effort to provide me with a refund . This level of customer service is unsatisfactory. Do not order from this company they will not provide you with a refund .

Just had Windows and Doors fitted by ADS And what a great service down to ordering to the Fitters, After my Conservatory Roof was done last year I knew I'd not be disappointed. I recommend ADS all the time.

Fourth time of writing as 71 items from my 13/12/22 Holland & Barrett pre-Xmas delivery. Despite their writing on my account page that everything was delivered by the 29th December, on different days. They do send ridiculously ‘have a nice day’ ems. Repeating requests for evidence etc. All sent, which they ignore. Feel that they are ‘having a laugh.’ And care less. Keep requesting a refund for the 71 items which they ignore. Small Claims Court may be our only recourse. Shane on you Holland & Barrett.
