Ordered item and item never came
ordered sweatpants and when they came in package was empty but costumer service claim they have 100% proof sweatpants was inside package. When i opened package there was never any sweatpants !!!

Hi Azie, as per your previous conversation with our Customer Service Department, this has never happened in 10 years working in the industry. We double-check all our orders prior to shipping, including weight - and as we mentioned, the airway bill clearly stated 700gr which is the approx. weight for the sweatpants you ordered.
We have already opened a complaint at DHL to expose this situation, and will process your refund ASAP. Thank you for your comprehension on this matter and our apologies for the inconvenience.

We contacted you to evaluate the situation along with your bank, because sometimes, credit cards return this kind of notification from our payment provider (which is widely used by most luxury e-commerce websites). We also provided alternate payment methods to help you complete your purchase, which you did not accept.

Refund experience sucked
Edit 10/9/19: I’m bumping up my 1-star to 4 stars because they must have gotten wind of this review and they reached out with an immediate refund of the $14 plus a discount on my next purchase with them..... I’m fully satisfied with this, although I will say that I had complained to their customer service before and nothing was done about it~ it took reading this review and it being “public” before they did anything about it but regardless, it was the right thing to do and I do really appreciate the gesture.
This company offers good prices on brands like Off White, but since they are based out of Portugal, and for some stupid reason do not convert to US dollars when completing US transactions, the return I did on a pair of Off White sweatpants meant that I lost $14 or so dollars in the conversion on my refund, that made me so angry!! What’s the point of offering “free returns” if international customers are going to lose money on the conversion! Get with the times, and offer a conversion to US dollars on your site.

Please note the 14$ you have lost are not related to US dollars conversion but related to paypal duty taxes once you have purchased the item. You can check it on your paypal transaction details.

My Honest Review
Being a huge Off-White hype beast, I was in search of the Off-White Red Arrows Card Holder to match my Red Arrows Crosbody Bag I had recently bought. And of course, the card holder had been sold out EVERYWHERE. I kept snooping on a few sites and Wrong Weather finally added one to their inventory. I bought it right away. I was a little scared since it was a Portugal consignment, I live in the United States. They took PayPal as a form of payment, that made me feel more comfortable purchasing. I love that they don’t charge bogus import fees like other international sites. They processed my order and shipped the next day! It arrived in literally 5 days, amazing service to say the least. It came with it’s dust bag and tags of course. I strongly recommend this shop, I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
