Very friendly people and done a nice and tidy work of my heat pump 👍

I am delighted with the outstanding service provided by Wunergy. They replaced our old combi boiler by installing a new heat pump and hot water tank cleanly in the garage, keeping disruption throughout the rest of the house to an absolute minimum. From the start, the team was incredibly approachable and open to discussing different installation options to find the best setup for our home. The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. I am extremely happy with the final result and the quality of their work, and I would highly recommend Wunergy to anyone considering a heat pump upgrade.

-0 star if possible!! Such a untrustworthy company! I would not bother to put any reviews but i thought people like us who decide something by reading reviews would be really helpful ! These people initially was very sweet talking and helpful, they visited the site and guided us what to prepare before installing, gave us very affordable quotation comparing the other good companies (which was quite surprising aswel, now I understand why!).everything was set as how they guided,we was waiting to finish our floor, now when its the time to install the heat pump, they literally changed their whole statement, attitude! Not sweet talking anymore, very arrogantly they refused to accept what they was guided us before, now asking for more money and even not sure about if everything gonna be working fine in future!! They have literally let us down very last minute! But still i am grateful to god not choosing them ! As such a scammer company, arrogant!!! Do not waste your time! If they gave you cheap quote , you better understand their underlying value and reason! Not trustworthy at all!! Liar!!

The man him self is respectful and understand your needs. He has given me very good package inclusive of 3 year service plan which I do appreciate him for that.
Having installed the Samsung heatpump gen6 and pre plumed 300ltr cylinder it has been over a month now it is going well there were an issue but he came and sorted out the error as the setting were wrong.
Mr Mobeen still in touch and there still work needs to be done so hopefully he will do it accordingly.
I do recommend him.
Many thanks

I am very happy with the installation and quality of work. The installers explained everything very well. And I am really pleased as the boiler was very noisy in comparison to ASHP.

Mobeen is excellent, I thought he doesn’t come to site but leads the installation from the front and they stayed till late to finish the job, he is easy to speak to and the after care is excellent, he doesn’t leave the job till the client is satisfied, highly recommend Wunergy to anyone that needs a heat pump installed.

Mobeen did an excellent job installing our Vaillant air source heat pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently throughout the installation. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was explained clearly. We are very pleased with the service provided.

A big thank you to Mobeen and the team at Wunergy for a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Installed a heat pump and the radiators. The guys know how to do things. I will recommend them for any heat pump and radiators work.

We recently upgraded our heating system from a traditional gas boiler to a heat pump with an unvented tank, and the whole process has been excellent.

From the start, Mobeen provided outstanding service. He explained the benefits of the new system in detail, outlining both the pros and cons clearly so we could make an informed decision. Throughout the installation and beyond, he has always been available to answer any questions and provide support whenever needed.

I’m extremely happy with both the installation and the aftercare. Mobeen’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help give us complete confidence in our new system. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Very helpful, knew what to do & sorted fast. Put me in touch with a good electrician who also sorted the issue within a day. Well priced.

Punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Great service provided, reasonably priced
