I worked in hospitality business a long time, 5 stars and above and I know what it takes to stay on top of business worldwide.
I never expected to find 5 Stars and above customer care and assistance like I found at a " tools" store .
Absolutely brilliant and simple ,honest and efficient ! And I have to highly praise the Employee and employment division of this company !. I am traveling Germany , ,since 2020 and due to my business at least with 3-4 different Wurth locations per year ! And it's standard ! At every store , so far we met great individuals working for this company that went the extra mile to assist us with everything we needed ! So far I rate Wurth for Highest customer care and support , and do not get me wrong, there are plenty hospitality establishments we tried during this 4 years and they are far from Wurth ! Thank you Wurth and to all this wonderfully people we met so far! From Wurth Dorfen Unterschiltern to , Wurth Neustadt a.d.Aich , to Wurth Bad Neustadt !!!!
