Tartassati di mail, tutti spariti. Per la rarità del modellino preso dalla fretta ho pagato con carta per errore.

Ordine fatto a inizio Gennaio dopo tanti sbattimenti ho provveduto con una disputa (chargeback) con la mia banca e oggi 18.03.2026 ho riavuto i miei bei soldoni !

Ringrazio il mio istituto bancario per il lavoro fatto, spero utile in quanto il chargeback comporta rischi significativi, sia economici che reputazionali per l'azienda.

Ordine da 150 euro e più e non ti danno la consegna gratis, o meglio dicono di dartela ma devi comunque ritirare il pacco da un fermo point.
Però se lo vuoi consegnato a casa tua preparati a sborsare altri 10 euro.

Unfortunately, awful experience: for one week no info at all about the shipment and NO WAY to successfully contact clients service. After, finally the product has been sent (notification by email with tracking code) and has arrived. I hope they improve and solve the problem of the impossibility to contact of their clients service.

they look like a normal shop, but they use several "dark patterns" to secure your cash before they even have the product:
• The "Phantom Stock" Trick: They list thousands of items as "In Stock" (usually with a 1-2 week delivery estimate) that they do not actually possess. They are essentially a high-delay drop-shipper. By the time you realize the item isn't coming, they've had your money for weeks.
• The "Rolling Deadline" Loophole: When a delivery date passes, they automatically send a template email pushing it back by another month. They do this repeatedly to keep you in their system past the window where many banks allow easy chargebacks.
• The Predatory 25% Cancellation Fee: This is their most "scam-like" tactic. They claim in their terms that if you cancel a pre-order, they keep 25%. However, under EU law, this is often considered an "unfair contract term" if they haven't shipped the item or if they've missed the promised delivery date.
• The Geographical "Mask": By using dozens of local domains (.nl, .it, .co.uk, .be), they trick customers into thinking they are buying from a local shop with local return laws, when everything is actually funneled through their French entity.
