I came across 123FormBuilder through a quick google search. I wasn't expecting to find just what I needed with such thorough support from a chat agent, but that is exactly what I received. The agent, Karla, was so patient and supportive in answering all of my questions and walking me (a tech novice) through each step to program my form to have it function exactly as I needed. I will definitely use them in the future - highly recommend!

Karla, 123Formbuilder representative was extremely patient and very helpful while I was learning to navigate through their website. Moreover, she even caught something on our form that could have been a security snafu to say the least! Who would have thought forms could be so stressful? I have returned to a Zen state. My only critique/observation, in our world today being such that it is, perhaps all data (considered sensitive or not) should already be encrypted. But this is the way of new things before they become the norm (like seatbelts and airbags).

The tool takes some time to learn, but it is good.

They now have an online support option that provides a live chat that is extremely helpful. Frankly, it is essential to have the help in learning the tool. Alexandra was super helpful. She worked with me for over an hour to make sure everything worked on two separate forms. She did a fantastic job!
