They have charged my bi-yearly…
They have charge my bi-yearly subscription, but haven't delivered the product.
The product was finally delivered three weeks after charging my credit card. I reached out about 10 after the charge and they finally gave me an update, but it appeared they were taking my money with no intend to deliver.

Not happy! I have tried canceling this multiple times and never requested recurring order. Sent emails and cancelled. I have mailed back their products and this month they charged again and no products sent. At least they stop sending it!! Now stop charging.
I have just received another charge for $231.12 and no shipment. I dont want your products and I want you to cancel and refund immediately.

Bad business and useless products

They seem to be pressuring me, even though I've already declined. Of course, I'll dispute any amount they charge. Your "support" staff needs further training and to read emails carefully (if anyone says they're no longer interested, you should stop). Guys, be wary of their business style; it seems like a scam.
