I dealt with Steve Batey, service was immidiate even though we had a lot of questions which were all answered straight away, some out of hours, but got exactly what we needed (hopefully) payments were a breeze and very knowledgeable very helpful and great prices as well.

If a part isn’t obvious on the website, a quick phone call and one of the great sales team will find it. If it’s not something they stock, they will go out of their way to contact other suppliers to find it.
With free next-day delivery over £60 order and retail prices that are generally better than certain “trade only” pool supply companies, they’re my go-to for all things pool and hot-tub related.
As a sole trader, access to such low prices has enabled me to provide highly competitive quotes to customers
