I finished the two hour course, tried to print my certificate only to realize it says "valid for 30 days to acquire a food handler's permit. I was under the impression that I was paying to earn a permit, but apparently I wasted 30 dollars and 2 hours. The course videos wouldn't load, and I game and stream on my wifi, so that isn't the issue. The course also contained a lot of unnecessary in-depth information that you won't find on other courses because you don't actually need to know it.

Absolutely awful course content. It was hastily thrown together and it shows. Many grammar and spelling errors. Quiz questions on information that was never even covered. Random video clips and other stuff that was unrelated to the section it was in. Waste of time, and they won't give me a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Overall is pretty great. You can go as fast as you would like with the course. If you need to get or would like to get a food handlers permit quick, this program is great for that. The only thing that bothered me was that I wasn’t able to pause the audio reading the page to me. I would have to wait till it finished reading or would have to turn it off for a bit.

It is priced with the idea of making your experience worthwhile. It probably took around 2 hours. You can skip through it if you just want to take the test. Also there are side questions that make sure that you know what you are talking about through the interactive guide.
