i was kept informed of the progress of the order. it arrived when they promised, well packed and in good condition. Thank you.

Long delivery time because of their supplier but delivery was easy to organise, item unpacked and packaging cleared away.

The service from 4Living was second to none every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

Good quality product (walnut coffee table). Well made and delivered on time.

Disappointed. Bought a Conran 2 seater sofa to complement a 3 seater Conran sofa bought years ago at House of Frasers. (Model 59th Street). Unfortunately the new Sofa has a number of problems...
* Poor communication prior to initial delivery. I had to chase them to figure out when it would be eventually be delivered.
* the side tubular cushion were the wrong size. (Far too big). This doesn't make sense to me: If it's a really Conran, how can they get a classic original Conran design wrong? 4Living agreed to send over new cushions but I had to give them dimensions of the original ones... they shouldn't have to ask customer what the size is. (The photos on their website show it in the correct sizes!).
* the new side cushion sent over are now too short by about 3 inches...I can't be bothered complaining anymore. They are also made of a very bad filling compared to the originals.
* delivery of the new cushions took ages and I had to keep chasing them...
* the only compensation for this was £70 cash back on a £1400 sofa. The person dealing with my problems even told me I was getting a great deal! Seriously?
* the material on the new sofa is prone to staining and can't be washed. Now this could be due to the type of fabric I chose, but my original sofa is still looking fabulous after more than 10years.... whereas the new one is looking all stained after a few months! I spent £1400 (oh they did refund a whopping £70 for the inconvenience of the cushions)
* a discount was advertised on the picture of the sofa on their website but I couldn't use it.

I've wasted my money, I won't be buying again from them.
2 stars instead of one because they did acknowledge the issue and tried to fix it... poorly but they tried.

Lovely coffee table and super fast delivery : )

Slight issue in the fact that the website read as though the bed came with a mattress. It didn't. I have explained this to the gentleman via email and have since checked the website. It now no longer reads as it did and is clear. It's nice to have a company listen to the customer and make changes on the back of comments. Very well handled, excellent service, lovely bed!!
