Excellent service had a hiccup with an errant courier and they sorted things immediately with no fuss
Would recommend to anyone

4pawsraw is a splendid shop offering raw diet as well as plenty of excllent dog treats and supplements.
Staff are all professional and friendly.
Sam is extremely knowledgeable and explains exactly what is needed for our two girls to keep them both healthy and everyone comments about their coats.
Well priced and good quality with perfect customer service.
We wouldn't use anywhere else.

Since moving my dog over to their cold-pressed food (salmon & trout), his coat is so much softer and shinier. He loves it too and gets excited every mealtime. The staff are so friendly and helpful which makes shopping there so much easier. They have a fab selection of natural treats and I especially love the advent calendars - I'll be buying more treats to fill it again this year!

4PAWSRAW is absolutely fantastic. They offer an amazing range of raw pet food, all of outstanding quality, alongside a brilliant selection of treats that our puppy absolutely loves.

Delivery is always prompt and reliable, and the value for money is excellent. However, what really sets 4PAWSRAW apart is their knowledge and customer service. When we welcomed our new puppy, the guidance, advice and expertise they provided went far beyond anything I expected. It’s clear that they genuinely care about animals and are passionate about getting their nutrition right.

Our puppy has thrived on their food from day one, and we couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service we’ve received.

Amazing products, outstanding expertise and genuinely great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 4PAWSRAW to anyone looking for quality raw pet food and advice from people who really know their stuff.

My dog loves this food.
Excellent customer care and the fastest delivery

When we got our dog as a puppy we quickly realised he had food sensitivities! Mainstream dog biscuits weren’t suitable then we discovered 4PAWSRAW and never looked back.

Staff are always helpful every time we visit and the loyalty scheme means we get some free treats every so often!

Very friendly staff, always make a fuss of our dog and have a huge variety of raw dog food and normal treats.

I use this shop as regularly as I can (I only have a "step-dog"!) And the help and advice I receive every time, along with the good humoured service makes our visits a pleasure! Thank you Sam and team, from Angela and Rio the meerkat!

i've ordered monthly from 4PAWSRAW for some years now and i dont think ive ever had an issue what so ever. great service and brilliant quality food.

Excellent food and outstanding service. I've tried most raw pet food companies due to fussy cats and they absolutely LOVE 4PAWSRAW. Not only that, the food arrives the next day, the team are super lovely, and the cost is extremely competitive. Couldn't ask for anything more and I am super relieved I have found the right supplier.

Our super fussy pup wouldn’t eat any food we tried, wet, kibble and other brands of raw. He is now obsessed with this brand and we are yet to find something he doesn’t approve of! The quality is amazing and comes frozen every time even with us being located over 6 hours away. 100% would recommend to anyone

My fussy dogs absolutely love this raw food , their coats are shining and they have lots of energy. They don’t have runny poo at all now. It’s just healthy and brilliant . Thank you 4pawsraw xx

I ordered some Pizzle sticks and when I paid by Apple Pay the delivery charge was wrong. It was more than I was happy with so I immediately e mailed them. They called me minutes later and the issue was resolved. The refund for the difference was in my account immediately (not the usual 3-5 days).
The pizzle sticks arrived the next morning.
Really good company to deal with and my dogs love the pizzle sticks

The raw meat and fish I get from four paws is very good quality and value for money I wouldn’t feed my dogs anything else

5 stars for service, professionalism and friendliness!

Great service arrived next day all well packaged

First time ordering from 4PAWSRAW and they massively exceeded my expectations. Super speedy delivery which was hugely appreciated by me and my dog, Gizmo. You can tell from their website that they care hence why I ordered from them. And then when the items arrived it confirmed that they care deeply. Thanks Sam and John!

I highly recommend 4pawsraw for those who have pets who are on a raw diet. My ferrets are highly pleased and they a large range tho choose from at affordable prices. If you have any issues they are excellent at removing it quickly, I feel really bad for them as I have had zero issues with them personally but rather DPD who have delayed and withheld my parcels twice now with this company dispute 4pawsraw using large clear stickers which one of which appeared to be DPDs own stickers informing them that not only does it need to go out for delivery and when arriving must be handed to the customer or left on a dark shaded area. My first parcel was not only kept back but left at my front door in the sun without knocking or ringing the door bell. 4pawsraw were excellent at getting me a new parcel out imedatlynwhicj arrived the next day proving DPD was more than capable therefore causing this company to lose out on money and product

Brilliant shop, knowledgeable staff & owner, very helpful, great range of quality animal food & treats for my dog & an added bonus is that Sam clips dogs claws for free for customers & is very competent at doing so.
Continue doing what you do! Many thanks 🙂

Can’t rate this business highly enough for supplying a great range of quality raw dog food. It’s packaged in a user friendly way that makes best use of my freezer space and makes it easy to dish out. It gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s human grade meat and not some dodgy backyard source. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too. My dogs love the treats and I’m happy knowing they’re getting the best and not UHP junk food. The salmon oil and ACV and other ‘accessories’ are all reasonably priced. I don’t need to shop anywhere else for these items so it’s a win-win for me.
