Easy exchange...
Had to swap my new snow pant out for a different size. Process was incredibly easy. Folks at 686 made it pain-free. And the 3-in-1 Cargo Pant is an awesome product.

Awesome customer service! I ordered a size to small and set up a return and re-ordered the correct size! Two days later my new pants arrived and the fit perfect! Love these pants Golfed in them in the rain and the water resistant pants proved worthy of the Oregon Coast wet weather! They are comfortable and stretchy for active lifestyles! Will get additional colors! Thank You!

Pretty pricey
Pretty pricey, but being a returning customer I know the jackets are extremely durable and last for a long time. That said, this jacket in particular is not nearly as durable as jackets ive bought from them in the past. Ive owned their jackets for years and they age well, but this one is showing signs of wear already and the main zipper is a huge pain, doesnt work right.
