Horrible customer service. No communication with buyer. I emailed them prior to receiving the product about making changes and never heard back. I never received notice that it was shipped. It arrived and was the Incorrect measurements from what I gave them. They have not responded to any request for correction.

I was excited to purchase a product from your company but three things went wrong that should be fixed right away. First there was now way to apply for tax exempt status upfront or even after the fact so we paid an extra $75 that we didn’t need to pay. Second, when I called to have the tax exempt status set up I could not get through and tried the next day a couple of times. When I finally got through the receptionist literally told me, “I’m new, and I don’t know how to do that. Can you call back later?” The poor lady needs to be trained better. Third, we were promised that the shipping rate included assembly of the table upon delivery. FedEx delivered the product and did not complete that request. I don’t mind that do much, but don’t promise something if it’s not going to happen.

We were not happy with the quality of the mattresses we received, the covers started tearing within two weeks of normal use. However, customer service was responsive and sent us mattress covers at no cost. Still not happy with the quality of product, but customer service was great.

I have a 37 year old bassinet and needed a new liner and skirt. I was able to find the perfect fit with the help of your customer service department. I also ordered the under skirt which made it full and even better. And it came in less than a week! It fits perfectly and is beautiful!

Perfect baby gift! Unique, sturdy and well made. Custom item so takes a bit longer to be made, but well worth the $$ and the wait!

You can choose your own sizing in sheets and mattresses. Fast shipping and delivery. Fair price. Awesome service!!

I had no problem with them taking the item back. My problem was them not offering a shipping label and I had to pay $21 to ship it back. I hadn't even opened the box. It weighed under 5 pounds,but because it was in an oversized box it cost a fortune to return it.

Order and delivery went as expected, BUT tape on the box had busted open and part of order missing. I called aBaby and explained situation. Absolutely no hassle, pics, proof, claims, nothing. They simply packed up the missing item and shipped it out to me immediately. I had a similar situation with another very well known company except item was damaged. I did not get nearly the same service. Thank you aBaby. Well done.

Item took way too long to deliver. However, the product is very good.

This is a great option for custom mattress to fit unusual sizes.
Good customer service on the telephone. Shipped to Canada with acceptable time frame (delays at customs end as expected).

Custom cradle mattress. It's perfect! This is a wonderful site. Easy ordering, quick delivery and quality products.

I needed a custom-size (36” long) pad for a changing table and was thrilled that they could accommodate me and it was delivered a week earlier than expected.

Very glad to find a mattress to fit an old handmade bassinet, but the mattress is very crinkly and came with a rip in the plastic. The sheet I bought with it is very thin and not soft. I don’t know how much we’ll actually use it.

Ordered toddler stepstool early May, it is now mid-June and still have not received it. my granddaughter‘s birthday has come and gone. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to no avail. I have received no response whatsoever to my requests for help and or information. Cannot speak to quality of product because I have not received it, but I do know that I will never order anything from this company again and do not recommend.
