The ware house is packing the boxes of thirty incorrectly. The are packed on top of each area this crushing the boxes below and punching the cathers. Coloplast backs them on their side. This is the third month with this problem. All the rest of the years shipments were correct!

New Customer
Your company is new to me and everyone is helpful … but because of confusion about the prescription … I almost ran out of catheters the first time .. even after the order was adjusted, .. there was not enough to get to the normal order date, so I had to reorder and no tracking was provided so had to call again because I only had enough for 2 days. I did get them but was told I need to call again in a couple days to be sure the next order went through . (This should handled by your staff .. not the customer) I did get info then about an online ordering system I can use. I hope it works!
