There were many errors in the order until it was finally right, and I had two orders in progress and they kept being mixed up. Overall a frustrating process.

Everyone in this company is great! They were able to accommodate me for my event deadline and shipped the custom trophy I ordered a day earlier than expected! Not only that, they listened to every small thing I've asked and provided me with mock ups everytime! I am very impressed with this company and this is my 3-4th ordering with them.
