I’m still trying to get a refund and just keep being told they will provide me shipping info when it’s available...despite the fact they are violating FTC that requires them to offer a refund. I have filed a complaint with FTC, please make sure you do also so others won’t be scammed and these people will be shut down.

We recently placed an order which Acammi.com was subsequently unable to fulfill so they cancelled the order and issued a "refund". However, PayPal indicated it did not go through.
Acammi is not responding to emails nor are they following through on the refund.

Based on our experience, they are not to be trusted.

This company is nothing but a scam! I ordered an item 6 weeks age and still have not received my order. All attempts of contact with them have failed. Should have known they were dishonest when the money came out of my account before Item was shipped. Please stay away from this company, real bad!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! PRODUCTS DONT TURN UP, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, YOU CANT CONTACT THEM. LIST GOES ON. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!!.

They never reply back I waited 40 something days and yet my stuff hasn’t been arriving yet. I’m very disappointed. And their code never works when I try to send them emails!! It keep saying invalid! Is like they want the money but, sounds like their stealing money from me. So I don’t know if I’ll get my dress or refund back because it’s past more than 30 days. I might be missing my baby shower if I don’t receive my dress on time .

Poor quality. Customer service is nonexistent once wanting to return. All the dresses I ordered do not fit. Fabric is cheap without stretch/give and so is the pattern making/fit and overall garment.
Never again.

The worst dresses I've ever seen. please do NOT order. I'm afraid the dresses are made by children in china. I ordered 7 dresses and received 3. These 3 dresses have nothing in common with the pictures on the website.

This is just the nightmare every online shopper fears. I paid an extra $15.99 for express shipping on two dresses. Express is 5-15 days. On the 19th day I tried to cancel my order since my maternity pictures and baby shower had passed, with no luck. Day 22 one dress shows up in a destroyed bag. Let me tell you, this dress is absolute trash. It looks NOTHING like the one in the picture. Still have yet to receive the other dress. Hoping to get any of my money back at this point.

I ordered two dresses from here for almost $70 total. At one point, I went to check the status of the order and their website did not exist anymore. Maybe a week later, I went on and it did again. The items did take a long time to get to me, but eventually arrived. However, they didn't match the product photos on the website, and one of the dresses was defective / damaged. I contacted them explaining this and saying I wanted a return. They asked me to send a bunch of photos, which I took the time to do, and then did not provide information on how to return the items and instead told me they could just give me a $10 credit for a future purchase (for a $70 sale????). I'm disputing the transaction with my bank.

These people are full scammers. Items not received after 2 months of waiting and they are playing stupid like do not understanding why we need to cancel. Their website cancelation process and refund is just a wall and will not take you anywhere. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered my dress November 22nd, 2019 because after reading reviews, everyone said the dress took 20 days to ship and get. We’re going on month 3 and still no word on when the heck it will even be shipped out to me. I reached out with email to get clarity, as I need the dress before I’m done being pregnant and all I got was “we’ll send a email when your order ships.”. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional of a company. I’m getting to the point where I just want my money back so I can find another dress from a different company before I give birth. Even 1 star is too generous!

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a business!!! Arrived looking nothing like the photos online!!! Had gaping big hole in the front, do not buy from these people it’s a scam!!!

The products are nothing like they are pictured. They took 6 wks to arrive. The sizing is off. The material is cheap.

SCAM AND I’M furious. I’VE BEEN WAITING SINCE SEPTEMBER FOR THESE DRESSES AND THEY’RE NOT EVEN REAL!!! None I have to rush to find maternity dress.

SCAM COMPANY. I am up to 80+ emails trying to get my 168USD back for an order that never arrived. I ordered, payed and now, six months later I still haven't gotten any product. Every time I send them an email they respond like they have no idea what I am talking about. They differ between not knowing my name/order number/email/payment info. And I think I've responded with all info arround the order(screenshots, text, pdfs, jpgs) about 20+ times now.

I must say, I'm kinda impressed that they even respond since I'm clearly not getting any products or my money back. I think a part of their tactic is that I will give up and stop emailing them.

I would give this company a 0 if I could. Don’t waste your time or money. Product that will be sent to you is nothing like the picture. I paid $18 for express shipping (9-15 days. I received ONE of my items at 22 days. And I have yet to receive my second item (@31 days). Their website does not work if you want to return or cancel an order. When you try and contact customer service that part of their website doesn’t work either. I feel like I have been scammed and wasted $90 at this store
