Absolute rip off poor communications and over £300.00 worth of fees after the settlement value was paid ... avoid at all costs

I didn’t go down with the loan application but somehow they left a hard search on my file!!! Unbelievable. Avoid.

Admiral Financial Services our a total nightmare, I'm sure there staff don't want to work, they seem to allbe working from home dogs barking ring doorbell etc... staff just don't want to help!!

Absolute nightmare sorting out a loan. Get emails every half hour saying want bank statements, wage slips. You send them, still send emails saying they haven’t got them. Emails are really not in plain english. The links they want you to use to upload don’t work or are clearly not updating their systems. Says loan sorted two working days, 95% approved. Nearly a week on, still asking to send info they’ve had numerous times. Appalling company, very unprofessional - oh and emailing and calling me by wrong name! If I could cancel it, I would but worried about application, even though not finalised, will damage my credit. Worst company ever.

Due to financial difficulties i could not pay monthly instalments on a loan of £10k. They agreed to take reduced monthly payments but they keep chasing me even i am paying the agreed amount.

They keep calling you and asking for your bank statements, payslips, your wife bank statements etc. and querying each transaction on bank statement. look like they are doing the audit. wasting your time and irritating you.

If someone do not have money they cannot get money in anyway by these cheap tactics.

Even i keep paying the reduced payments, they sent threatening letters like debt collectors will contact me if i do not pay all the amount in arears within 7 days.

Worst experience with any lender in my whole life.

AVOID at all cost.

Very misleading they did nothing wrong , but the interest rate they lure you in with is a million miles away from what you end up .....make sure you read the small print because the staff aren’t as helpful as when they sign you up , I went out and got another loan after I was misled by them for a fraction of the cost!!

Have to jump through hoops to get a statement of your account from them, when asked for one was asked why do I want a statement?
Ridiculous question.

Very fast with helpful and friendly staff. have had a few loans through them now and I've always been treated good and had a over all good experience
