Admiral Law, and in particular my case handler Gareth, patiently and persistently pursued my case with MIB to a satisfactory conclusion after an uninsured driver caused a crash with me. He regularly kept me in the picture about progress and I very much appreciate his efforts

Takes far to long to sort things out
This accident happened in October 2025 it’s now September 2026 that says it all for me .Just got settled excuses all the time , lack of communication speaking to someone in person for updates instead of a automated system. The company that we had the car accident with are a massive company can’t name for legal reasons. They admitted liability straight away. They had dash cam footage available. The photo evidence I sent was clear the statement from the other driver was clearly evidence to show it was their fault. My dad’s insurance took roughly 6-8 weeks to get sorted… Ive got multi car cover & house insurance with Admiral & been with them for years I will definitely be looking elsewhere when my renewal is due…

Absolutely diabolical!! Again if tbere was an option to sccre a negative rating minus 5 wouldn't be enough
Yesterday I took the time to review in 100% honesty Admiral Insurance.
Now it's Admiral Laws turn. So maybe it's me , but I was led to believe, that if you had an accident, in which you were hurt and unable to work for 3 weeks and you were not at fault and the other party admitted this , then a claim against said other party would be straight forward enough? So here we are over 7 months , yes folks that's MONTHS !!! and the situation isn't any where near complete. So why is this , well it turns out " repeatedly asking for documents, that you've already. submitted , vague justifications as to why ,and jargon that's difficult to interpret, " are actually very wel known tactics that your Insurance company use to delay payment. I bet most of my readers didn't realise that. Well , I can categorically testify to the above as it's happening as we speak. I'm very very very disappointed with Admiral Law use of the aforementioned, and question the integrity of the company. So this is THE SECOND WORST CONSUMER / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've ever had, Only topped by ADMIRAL INSURANCE . WELL DONE , I really hope the CEO of EUI reads this and puts themselves in my shoes . Extremely stressful, can't believe you use these tactics, when people have been paying their insurance premiums promptly, and respectfully. The experience I had was great when joining Admiral. But when I decided to resolved some unfinished issues, I find the communication dealing with my outstanding issues was bad communication. Understandably Admiral is a great company

God help you if you actually have an accident with this company. I am fed up of talking to your dam app where nobody replies ….i have had an ‘offer’ to settle from the other side for weeks and nobody will ring me or give me a number to call. Olly Williams …do you even work for the company ? Disgraceful customer service - I will be moving insurance once this is somehow resolved
