I cannot recommend Advance Insurance highly enough. From the very first phone call, the service I received was absolutely brilliant.
I was dealing with an agent named James, who was incredibly friendly and professional from the start. Finding insurance for an American RV in the UK is notoriously difficult, but James asked all the right questions and truly listened to my situation. He understood that while I have a great driving history, it had been interrupted by normal family lifestyle changes and a change of work. Instead of putting it in the "too difficult" pile, he took the time to truly understand my background.
What really set James apart was his sheer determination. He spent a significant amount of time researching options and refused to take "no" for an answer on his first attempt. Throughout the entire process, his communication was flawless, he kept me updated at every stage and called me back promptly whenever he needed to clarify missing information.
Ultimately, James finalised an amazing deal that got me safely on the road. If you have an unusual vehicle or a non-standard history, don't waste your time elsewhere. Ask for James at Advance Insurance; he is an absolute asset to the company!

I asked for my no claims as I needed it quick and Meg Brown was amazing to get it sorted so quickly for me.

I have been with Advance for many years and always found them very easy to contact. Their staff are very helpful and thorough, without trying to push extras that may not be required. They are great a reminding when a policy will require renewing and the quotes they provide appear very competitive. Their charges are reasonable. I would recommend as they remove the hassle from renewing my policy.
