Be aware that this place does not offer full refunds. They charge a restocking fee which ranges from 15% -25%. Also be aware that you can't call them. They only handle communication through "tickets"... Mehr ansehen

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have to use their creative ticket option to make inquiries. Then they do not answer and close the ticket. Waited 18 days for a part to ship and impossible to get an answer as to status. In these days of internet companies there is no reason to deal with these morons. Don’t walk. Run away from these scammers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Granted, Jody was very quick to respond when I expressed interest in one of the LQ Horse trailers on their lot, and she was even quicker to send me the invoice to purchase, but then it went downhill from there. We paid full price for the trailer, even had some upgrades added and paid for transport, so we weren't one of those people that expected the world but didn't want to pay for it. They kept the trailer longer than expected, claiming that there was an issue with the landing gear that they wanted to make sure worked. They said that the battery was working and the generator was serviced. However, upon delivery, the trailer was dead, the glass panes in the shower were coming out of the frame, the generator wasn't working and the gray water tank was reading full. We plugged it in, thinking we would charge the system. No such luck. We bought new batteries, found a broken clamp on the generator and fixed it, but was told it likely wasn't getting fuel and the fuel pump was bad. We reported these issues to Adventure RV and after a few days, with daily check in's to the company, John called and attempted to "talk" us through why the generator wouldn't start. He swore it was working when it was on their lot. He told us we needed to prime the pump for a full two to two and half minutes to start the generator (I have been told you should not exceed about 30 seconds), we did everything he suggested, sent him video and we have heard absolutely nothing from the company. He did receive and read the messages because we sent with read receipts. Now, we have a trailer that we have to take to another repair shop to have diagnosed and fix everything that Adventure RV lied to us about. These repairs are going to cost us over $1000 just in diagnostics alone. So, in short, I can't even say you get what you pay for, but if you have a chance to go to anyone other than Adventure RV, save yourself the headache. Believe the reviews and do not get scammed by Adventure RV!!! They do not follow through. They will take your money and you will not get the service.

I had a leak on my RV

I had a leak on my RV. Chris came out without an appointment and fix the problem. He did a fantastic job. He’s very personable and polite gentleman. I highly recommend Chris.

Selling old merchandise

Selling old merchandise that may or may not be useable in your situation. When you buy a part, especially when the listing says it fits, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. It won't fit. You'll get the previous version of the item that will not work with the rest of the parts you've bought. Like others have said, they're motto is "To bad, so sad!"

Avoids discussion/points blame to customer

Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem to care about who they sell parts to as much as simply brushing you off when there is a problem with an order. They like to redefine scratch and dent to include destroyed and unable. I spent roughly $1000 on an air conditioner that is completely unusable. I explained the issue with the unit and they had their "technician" determine what I needed to make it work were some rubber grommets. I have years of experience working on RVs and I can easily see this unit needs more than that. They mentioned every unit that is scratch and dent is tested before shipping it out. Either the person who tested it lied and said it worked or it was severely damaged in shipment and somehow parts are missing. Either way, they avoid taking a simple phone call to avoid back and forth miscommunication and just end with saying it was a scratch and dent unit. I honestly did not realize that I ordered a scratch and dent unit. And I do not agree with what I received is just a scratch and dent unit. They got their money and can easily ignore you. I guess I have to eat about $1000. Lesson learned, this is a company trying to look bigger than they are. Avoid them with all costs.

I ordered a part for my Atwood 8531…

I ordered a part for my Atwood 8531 furnace for my RV. They shipped the wrong part and would not admit it so I had to pay and sent the part back at my expense they would not provide a shipping label. I ordered the part off their Ebay site. The part number I needed was 36999 and the part they shipped was 36999MC and it would not fit. The purchase price was $ 34.13 + $ 10.00 to ship it back. They credited my credit card a whole whopping $ 11.00. Stay away stay far away.

Non-Profit Ripped Off By You at "adventurerv.net"

We are a Ministry. Christian Works LLC in Montrose CO. On 4/4/22 we purchased an RV Skylight from this company, and not only did not receive it, but cannot communicate with this company except by what they call a "ticket"...from which there has been no response and it is now 4/21/22. Their phone number advises using their "ticket" system. Their home page is full of accreditations like fromt he BBB, who claim them as having no accreditation. We believe that they are using the name of a business with a good name 'Adventure RV' to give them what accredidation they are getting, whereas they perhaps don't exist viably at all. And that this is what they do business as: 'AdventureRV.net". We have been getting the run around with the ticket deal, and repeatedly get informed that we will get an email giving us THEIR email where we can check on our order. If this is not a scam totally, it may be just that they eventually might send out defective items (per what another search engine said), but rely on us giving up on trying to get what we paid for at all. We at Christian Works aren't going to let it go though. We will physically ask a Pastor of a Church or Ministry in their suppossed location to go and see if they exist at all.

We bout a dometic heater it miss up 10 min after we got it they said they can't warranty it . I sak for my money back they sad no because it been open this company a joke I ask for a number to call they will give me one

Timely shipping, possible defective item...

I feel this revue is coming at the mid-point. I received my package in a timely manner and package condition was fine except for the fact that the box had obviously been opened and resealed. Further inspection showed that the item had been removed, almost certainly at least partially installed, badly repackaged and then shipped to me as new. I will be contacting the seller shortly.

Would give them a zero if I could. Same story ordered a crisper bin lid charged double at checkout. Never received order it said shipped but fed ex never delivered tracking says unable to deliver. Cannot contact them personally tickets don’t work you get a generic reply like they are contacting fed ex and then close the ticket.

Liars and thieves.

Liars and thieves.
Tried to purchase a water heater but they could not process my ccard. I tried twice on 3/10 and 3/11.

With no customer service, no answer to phone, no response to email... Finally an unintelligible 3-word response to email... we decided NOT to do business with these Rip-Off Artists!

So, Imagine my surprise 2 weeks later when they charged my card $858.22 out of the blue! No order, no invoice, no records, no explanation and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been calling and emailing this company all week and TODAY i started the dispute with my bank. THEN i got a call from Supervisor Sherry who was RUDE AS ALL HELL on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else or the owner, she told me "It's none of your GODDAMN BUSINESS?" and she hung up.
SCAM company... I see 1,000's of complaints since 2018 and increasing exponentially in 2020 and 2021.

Tip for consumers:
You MUST avoid this site and company... Now that i have run into this buzzsaw, I have found 1,000's of online complaints about these scumbags! They $#*! everyone at every chance!.

They screw you by sending the wrong parts, sending incomplete orders, not bothering to ship anything, mistreating you on the phone, blaming the customer for their own mistakes.... While slimeball Leonard Socinski, owns the company and is only concerned with his Naples country club dues...

I ordered a microwave that came with…

I ordered a microwave that came with scratches. I ordered a Magic Chef RV Microwave on 11/09/2020 for $149.99. When I received the microwave it had scratches on the key panel and the button to open the door. There was not plastic film covering the panel or the button. See attached pictures and you can see that there are not plastic film edges that can be removed. The scratches were on the panel and button itself. I asked to return the microwave and was sent a FedEx. I was refunded only $127.92 because the company stated that there was nothing wrong with the microwave. They stated that unless it was defective there would be a 15% restocking fee. When I was discussing this return the company never stated the restocking fee, it is hidden on their website not even on the order confirmation. I would consider this a defective microwave because it was sent with scratches and looked like it had been opened before, even though the website is selling it as new.
