AFC Holidays 

We were planning to go on a Japan tour for a very long time and came across this group tour through AFC holidays, this was exactly what we were looking for as we needed a short trip.

Positive :
Before the tour we all were given an amazing briefing on what to expect. All our doubts were cleared and we did not have any confusion due to this.
Even before our flights updates were given to us.
Except for packing our clothes we did not have any stress planning this holiday.

Right after landing in japan our guide Joe was an absolute delight, he was really fantastic and every day went by smoothly just as planned.
Visited many interesting places and loved the vibe.

For Improvement :
Once the hotel is fixed in the final itinerary please do not change it last minute as we book the tour seeing the hotel locations.
Hotel at Osaka was in a very isolated place, very far from the city center and there was nothing near except a 7 11. Walking at night felt scary.

Restaurants selected for lunch for 2 days were below average with the food being cold and not at all edible and later the restaurant expected us to keep our own dishes and cutlery and throw out the left overs in the trash.We did not expect this and it felt very very odd, especially while on holiday the basic service at restaurants are expected be it anywhere.

Hiroshima can be skipped as there is nothing to explore much in the city and the memorial gets the mood very low and getting to know about this terrible tragedy in so much detail is not for the faint hearted.

Except these issues our tour was fantastic and we loved every bit. This is our second time with AFC and we are looking forward for our third tour soon.

We had an excellent trip to Bali! Mr. Arnold was incredibly helpful in organizing all the tour details—he was always just a call away and promptly answered any questions we had. Our tour guide, Mr. Agus, was also fantastic. He made the sightseeing tours enjoyable with his clear explanations and friendly approach. Highly recommended for a smooth and memorable Bali experience!

I went with wife to visit Vietnam in June 2025. It was arranged by agent Allhiana who tuned the excursion for maximum coverage in a limited time.
The arrangement was flawless, the stay and local transport was comfortable and the plan was well thought out and executed.
I would recommend the trip planned by Allhiana and with tour guide Tony to anyone planning to visit Vietnam.

About tour , The Guide Tony made everyone at home from meet and greet at arrival to until departure. He was truly excellent Guide. We had very good Friendly group which was fun and made tour truly enjoyable. This is our first experience with AFC and we will inquire in future too. Our special thanks to Aswathi and Tony. One Constructive suggestion, once tickets are booked , passengers should be helped to reserved Seats by Payment through Customers. we faced lots of difficulties by trying Qatar Airways 600....number talking for hours without success.

We had a very good memorable trip. This being our second trip after 10 years with AFC to same destination the service remained the same apart from a small cost cutting seen with meals compare to our last trip. Tour Manager Mr Keith was excellent and a perfect guy for this job. He was very respect full to his clients. We recomend you to restart providing rain coats to the clients along with your free kitties which is very helpful to the European iterenary. Our heart felt thanks to Mr Keith.

We had a great time with AFC Holidays in Azerbeijan. Booking experience was cordial with Awasthi and follow up friendly with Alex. The bus was comfortable, guide was local (Zahra) and gave good information and the selection of hotels was top class. AFC should ensure the Guide is stricter with people to come on time as people on the bus delayed on each stop for 30-60 minutes thereby delaying the departure of the bus and inconveniencing other guests. Probably if people were on time, we could have covered an extra stop every day. But overall an enjoyable holiday, thanks to the team at AFC Holidays.

I had a great experience in Georgia. AFC Holidays make the perfect itinerary which suites my preference. Tried local foods and meet new friends! I would like to thanks my agents Ms Iyah and Ms Althea for providing clear information of the tour and hotel arranged is perfect for having comfort to rest after the tour. Last week we had a nice trip in Kenya which was our 7th tour program with AFC. It was a wonder full experience in Masai mara for one and half days of game drive. Hotel accommodation was amazing. Thanks to Althea for her great co-ordination. Also, I would like to thank to Alex for his great support throughout the tour plans. Special thanks to Aiswarya and Priya for their support.

Overall it was a great experience. We were 4 friends who took the group package to Georgia during Eid al Adha holidays. Itinerary was really good. Tried to cover maximum places. Few negatives were that we lost time for lunch and missed out on some places that were planned. We didn't get to explore much of Kutaisi even though the package was named Tbilisi and Kutaisi. Our guide Mr. Gela was very cooperative, helpful and fun.

A huge thanks to AFC holidays for arranging such a beautiful, Amazing trip to Kazhakastan. I wanted a customized itinerary and Bibin from AFC holidays provided the same including what i needed .Also big thanks to our guide Abylai.

Our tour to Azerbaijan was an excellent experience filled with stunning landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality. Every detail was perfectly planned. I had a great Japan tour with the help of the AFC team, especially Miss ALTHEA and the Team.

Had a great trip thanks to AFC. Kenya trip was our second trip with them. The support from their agents was amazing. Bibin was always reachable for queries even during the trip. Alex from visa team was also very helpful in guiding us with he process. Overall a great experience. Had an awesome eid break thanks to AFC. Look forward to many more trips with them.

Althea took care of my request/application - she provided a very efficient, professional and friendly service. Clear communication via phone and emails with regular updates and follow-ups.

We recently went on a trip to Paris and Switzerland through AFC Holidays. Our consultants, Mr. Bibin and Ms. Althea deserve special mention as they were very helfpul from the start. From clearing every doubt with genuine enthusiasm, double checking that we carried all our documents for our visa appointment, to asking for our true feedback after the trip, it was a testament to their earnestness in their jobs.

While the trip was truly enjoyable and hassle free, there were three things of concerns that we couldn't appreciate. One was the Indian breakfast on our first day in Paris. While we were all expecting croissants and pasta, the badly cooked idli was a real disappointment.

Secondly, the two hour long queue to go up the Eiffel tower was just not worth it, and though the wait time was mentioned, this could have also been informed at the orientation meeting. Those uninterested like us could have easily used the time to explore the city.

Finally, the hotel that we stayed in for four nights in Zurich, Movenpick Ragensdorf, was totally not worth its four stars. The room that we were allotted had ancient wall hangings and a single bed to fit two adults! The telephone in our room wasn't working which made it very inconvenient for us to connect with the reception for our different needs. Despite requesting a different room the hotel wasn't ready to allot us a different one. During our feedback call with Mr. Bibin after returning to the UAE, I mentioned this to him. He told us that we should have messaged an AFC representative and that they would have helped us change the room.

Despite these issues, thanks to our guide Sushant and the AFC team, we had an organized trip that left us with good memories.

I just want to say a big thank you to Ashwathi for her incredible support in helping me to secure the USA visa. Her professionalism, prompt responses and timely updates made the entire visa process smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate it.

Overall arrangement is very good. From inquiry up to arrangement of visa appointment. Ms. Aswathi handled it well in her level and the rest of visa team.
