Unused yet, but looks great for a great price.

The only issue that I have, is that it wasn't made clear that the product would arrive in two packages, and that I would get two invoices. I thought I ordered the product twice at one stage.
Also, the product arrived with some fittings, and i was worried that I need to get my soldering iron out to connect the two parts.

Great product. Cuts 3mm Dibond/Composite Aluminium very easily.

It wasn't a life changing experience but it is a great small benchtop drill for the model maker at a great price.

They took my order over the phone without asking for prepayment. My friend (who lives locally to them) collected the item. A member of staff took it to the car for him and placed it in the boot, as it was heavy.

I emailed with a question about the pump I was going to buy, had a helpful reply, so ordered it and arrived quickly. Would buy again form them. I telephone number would of been good, but I expect they use email to keep there prices so keen

Don't buy from this company ,no phone to contact them ,no reply to the many messages i have send, and finally no prompt delivery as they left £500 order descovered by bext door on side road without any notification .
Still didn't have time to check the items I'm sure I will have issues on warranties
