Still not received my parcel as of yet, the company put it as in stock on there website and after paying and taking my money then a couple of days later told me the item was not in stock. Very poor by mine and other companies standards

The parts we ordered were not the same…
The parts we ordered were not the same quality as previously ordered were shoddy not drilled central
and badly bent. I was told that was all they could supply if the simple brackets are bad whatever is the rest of there supply like??

We looked into this and since the last time you ordered our supplier has changed their supplier meaning that the second lot of brackets you received are the the only ones we can now get.
We sell a lot of the type of bracket you bought in various sizes and have not received any other complaints. You had a conversation with my colleague who offered to take the brackets back and issue you with a refund but you did not want to do this.
Once again, I can only apologise
