I would have been suspicious of this company, if it was not that I read about it in the Boston Globe. I had been delayed for over 9 hours on a flight to Belgium, but it was more than 6 months before I learned about Airnsquare. I contacted them anyway. They were very responsive and told me they could still make a claim. After that everything went exactly as advertised. Filled out their online forms, telling the story. Today, about 2 months later, I received $460 in my bank account. I will let all my friends know about them.

I had some serious concerns with providing this random person my contact information at the airport but just two months later I received all the money for the flight that was canceled from Chicago to Barcelona. 10/10 would recommend you work with Airnsquare.

Easiest process ever for dealing with an airline refund! Yes, they take a fair commission off the top, but the consumer signs one form and Airnsquare personnel take it from there. Email responses are almost immediate and you are kept in the loop the whole way. I hope we don't need them again but if the situation comes up I'll let Airnsquare handle it!

Would never have thought to do this on my own so very thankful for Airsquare doing the hard work and getting us compensation for our delayed flight!

Encontré a un chico en el aeropuerto despues de que el dia anterior se cancelase mi vuelo nueva york - barcelona . Ese dia tambien se retrasaba mi nuevo vuelo a barcelona . Muy amablemente me explicó a que se dedicaba su empresa. A pesar de mi nivel bajo de inglés le entendí muy bien que era de una empresa que se dedica a hacer reclamaciones de clientes que han perdido su vuelo o se ha retrasado. No tenia que hacer nada, solo responder a unos correos una vez en casa. Ellos se quedaban el 30 % y ya esta. Primero desconfié un poco pero rapidamente encontré información por internet y parecia una empresa seria. Hoy escribo aquí por si alguien como yo tiene dudas.
