Yes it’s real. I would definitely recommend using this company if you experience a flight delay. It took a while (solely due to delays on the part of the airline), but I got paid around $500 for a delay in NYC headed to London. Highly recommend.

There were two aspects of this process that deserve commendation. Firstly, we had no idea there was a law in Europe about reimbursement for situations like ours so having the representative at the gate at the airport was perfect. She was able to explain what we were entitled to and how to access that money. Secondly, airnsquare came through for us as described, keeping us posted via e mail through each step.
