Air Pads was Awesome

Air Pads was Awesome to deal with The Suite was beautiful, large room, living room, kitchen and Bathroom. Very comfortable and quite.
No issues and quick replies to my questions

Not worth the stress!

Airpads took a security deposit 10 months before arrival in breach of their own terms and conditions in place at the time.
We checked in and got to our room to be shouted at by a cleaner who made us wait in the corridor for 25 minutes and was very rude to us.
Kitchen is missing several items and nothing matches. Bin is far too small.
Housekeeping costs are very expensive.
Sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
Main bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good although a bit worn now.

UPDATE: No call was ever received. Sums up the communication from the company - for example you receive an email stating that 3 days before arrival you will receive check in info - this did not happen.
I am leaving the USA in 4 days so your offer (if you had followed it up) is no use to me either.

The room looked like the picture and…

The room looked like the picture and check in was easy. The only thing not mentioned was the hold on CC at check in. But all the facilities was open to our group that stayed at the property.

Our Canadian family young and old have…

Our Canadian family young and old have frequented Las Vegas for 19 yrs. Sometimes as much as 1 wk. of every month. We've seen old properties
expire, properties change ownership, and watched colossal feats of grandeur like City Centre develop.
So when I say we (10yrs.-64yrs.) have enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature it's a real review. For the price, it's clean. Has a full kitchen. The bed was worn at sides from being sat on. Huge bathroom with two separate vanities. Water closet. Strongest jets of any hotel room tub I've used !!!! 2nd. lavatory with shower off entertaining area. Laundry facilities are only for owners and they don't change towels etc. so we used local laundry. A needless pain when when the machines are on site. Valet parking is safe but a slow inconvenience. A stern glare and the time share employees keep their distance. Lovely kept grounds. No blaring music poolside, crystal clear water. A walkway into MGM property where your right at the sky train station. A negative is the in suite smoke alarm goes off every time you cook as the range hood vent is not "vented". Opening slider and buying an extra potable fan did not alleviate the issue. These few issues aside, I have booked another stay at the Signature and will continue to recommend this property for all age groups. Jo-Anne from B.C. Canada

hidden payment for everything, this is a scam you pay the access for the pool for access to the hotel for cleaning the room, just pay the normal hotel for the same price or less, they ask you information to access to the hotel like in police, I don't recommend this service. This company is a real skam they tray constantly to charge my card for things that I never use. to avoide, never use airpads!!!!

Hello George, I was able to look you up in our system and I see you stayed at The Signature Suites MGM, you stayed out one of our studios, not a hotel. The fee your referring to is the clean-up fee for the day of the departure. As far as the payment for the pool, that is the MGM directly, not Airpads. (and we have never heard of paying to get in the pool) airpads has no actual employee on the ground in Las Vegas.

the Refund policy needs some reveiw

Somehow between Booking.com and Airpads two room got booked under my reservation. Once I saw the error I called both Airpads and Booking.com and despite both Amitting it was a mistake, Airpads declined to remove-thee extra room saying they have a strict non refundable room policy.

Bad I don 't recommend Airpads.

Bad , I was charged 150 u$s as "deposit" but they were not payed back at the momento of check out.
I don't recommend Airpads.

Bad treatment of employees.

AI repeat I don't recommend Airpads.

I am expecting still for the comunication january 2019!

Next time I will go through the hotel and not the private owner trying to get a hold of private owner to handle problems with room safe was unsuccessful great room great location great Hotel staff from the valet to the check-in personnel Hotel very secure.

A totally unpleasant experience

From the start we were greeted by a most unpleasant lady ... she announced that we had booked through a 3rd party, (up until this point I did not appreciate what Airpads meant, I thought it was a sub brand of MGM or a reservation system or such like) and that if I needed anything I was to 'call this number'

I asked if we had rooms together (the rooms were for my wife and 4 children and their partners) and she said they weren't. I accept I didn't ask for them to be together but as I had booked 5 rooms and paid for them in full over 9 months earlier then my early booking would have made it possible to allocate rooms in the same vicinity. Seemingly 'Airpads' only have a few rooms and so not only were we not together but my family were actually strewn over 3 separate properties.

There was no cleaning service, no towels or toiletries changed. Moreover the $50 I paid at the time of booking was not as I thought a security deposit but an additional fee for room cleaning (all apparently in the T&C's)

The lady at reception also demanded I pay $300 per room deposit against damage/loss .. I argued this was unreasonable (I've never had to pay a deposit before) and she compromised and said I should pay $150 per room. I did so.

The room was of a size expected but was tired and 'tatty' The carpet was stained in several places, the curtains smelled of stale smoke (?) and the walls were also marked. The sofa looked like it had been attacked by a cat and the front door would only close with effort as it had dropped on its hinges. The sink was blocked and the safe didn't work (we got these two things fixed). The kitchen cupboards had just 2 cups (one chipped) one tumbler and one wine glass. There was one spoon, one knife and two forks (or a similar combination)

The keys regularly failed, we were simply told to keep them away from cell phones which we did and yet they still failed. On three occasions the front desk staff refused to re-set my children's keys without my being in attendance, leading to my having to return to the property to show my ID.

Of the 3 swimming pools (1 for each property) 1 was taken out of service because it was not busy enough to justify the pool being open (although it appeared busy to us)

I paid over $3500 for 6 nights for what was a holiday of a lifetime and I feel like I have been badly deceived. Neither the staff at the MGM Signature or at booking.com appear particularly concerned and the only recompense offered to me is a $200 credit against a future stay. Naturally I have no intention whatsoever of staying in this property ever again.
