Ashley James is by far the best solicitors around! From the initial offer stage all the way through to completion (which was only 3 months in total!) I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble, there was always somebody on hand to give you assistance or advice as needed. Indy Deu was my case handler and was always available to take my calls/emails and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process knowing that everything was being handled behind closed doors. Ashley James handled our recent sale; they provided a first class service. At this time when Conveyancing firms are struggling to cope with the high demand arising from the stamp duty holiday, and at a time when lawyers are working from home or furloughed, we were expecting delays, but there were none. Over the years I have purchased approx 20 houses and have moved solicitors a few times, as we all know this can be a very stressful and long service with no communication.
