We just recently bought a car from Alex Scott Cramlington. We brought our last car from Alex Scott and never had any issues with the car. From start to finish we couldn’t fault James his customer service/care was fantastic he went above and beyond for us. We believe in giving credit when it’s deserved so if your looking for a quality used car Alex Scott Cramlington is your place. Thanks for everything James.

Bought my new car from this garage last week. Very easy and pleasant experience. Was happy with everything offered and the customer service from Jonathon was fabulous. Would definitely do business with this company again. Thankyou so much ...and of course to my 'better half' ...you know who you are and why x

Bought my car here in November 2018.
Very friendly service. Had no issues with the car being inspected and allowed a test drive spur of the moment. Sat with me and helped me change my insurance over and cover everything I needed to do to drive away in my new car the same day!
I will be returning here when I decide to change my car!

I have purchased 9 cars over the last few years for myself and my wife and children. I have purchased from both cramlington and guidepost and found all the staff to be helpful. The last couple of cars we brought from Kevin at cramlington, he is not pushy and explains everything. If they don't have what you are looking for just let them know and they will try and find it for you.
