FRIZZLIFE PD600 UNDER SINK WATER SYSTEM FILTER
I purchased this system from Richard after much consultation as to what would be the best option for my situation. He kindly even included an alternative tap in case the one that came with the product did not suit. Fortunately it did. There were a few issues with the installation as some of the parts were not compatible with my setup. However my plumber was able to get the right ones & complete the installation. I'm very happy with my purchase as the water tastes so good & I no longer need to keep on filling up my water jug. I'll use it on holidays. Thank you Alkaline World.

Exceptional Customer Service
The day after I placed my order I received a call from Alkaline World advising of a recall on this product by the manufacturer. I was advised a new shipment was due any day. Just over a week later I received my order. I have NEVER received such fantastic customer service.

I can’t believe the new set of water…
I can’t believe the new set of water filters I purchased have different colours, different letters, some even different uses but come with NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!

AS we explained many times to you, the newer filters are now simpler and can not get any simpler, Filter A, Filter B, Filter C, Filter D and Filter E.
Most of our customers have welcomed the simpler names of the filters, instead of Filter D, Filter K, Filter H, Filter C, Filter E.
Installations instructions are on our website under the filter description and under the System description.
We can not see or understand how this positive step of simplifying and improving the filter names and colours could be something negative. Thank you for your feedback.
Quenda Ultimate fibre
Unfortunately my order - Quenda ultimate Fibre, arrived with the seal broken and hasn’t been resolved with Alkaline world.

Let's be honest about this, even though this is not our fault and out of out hands, we offered you a full refund if you return the tub to us, but you refused and you persisted to get a full refund AND keep the product.
We also offered you a $25 credit if you want to keep the tub and use it as it is still a new tub.
As you can see from all the other reviews, we go way beyond to keep our customers happy, but you just being unreasonable and unfair.
And judging from the photo you sent us, your story doesn't add up at all.
I expected a review like this from you.
1 star is better than none - Thank You and sorry we couldn't please you to your conditions.
