One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. they take an order and then say it is on back order. Why take an order when you are out of stock. they do not communicate for weeks and when asked re... Mehr ansehen

A month to arrive, wrong item, still not fixed
It took them over a month to ship a simple 6x6 electrical box cover plate, and they shipped the wrong item. I emailed, requesting the right item & instructions to send the wrong one back. I included original order info & a photo of the obviously incorrect part they sent. They replied but have done nothing but promise to research what went wrong. Multiple follow up emails with the same result. 2 months & no part. Never again.

Hard-to-Find Product in Two Days!
I was looking for a gray, 6 slot, 1-gang Leviton CAT-6 wallplate. Very hard to find, but they had it! They sent it to me promptly via UPS, and I had it in two days… at a reasonable price! A pleasant experience doing business with them, and I will do so again.
